Read-only diagnostic that reports which leg of the DSH → bridge → OneBot → QQ chain is broken — process, port, login, preset or recent wake failures — and prints the fix for each failed check. Runs as `node check.mjs` (read-only by default; the optional `--fix` only aligns the bridge baseUrl and starts a stopped bridge), or installs as a `chain_check` tool.

Checkup for the whole plugin lifecycle: before install it verifies dsh.bundle, engine and peer compatibility, native build needs, platform limits and whether the new patch would mount a loader name that is already installed (install-shadow prediction); after install it groups every installed plugin by capability; before update it runs the same checks against the new version and reports only the problems the update introduces. Ships a CLI that runs even when DSH will not boot, plus three read-only tools.

Task alerts for DSH: a system toast when a turn finishes, or when an approval, question or plan review is waiting; a chime rendered on the Windows communications endpoint so the system ducks other media by its own setting and restores it afterwards, without anyone's volume being written; and an optional copy mailed to your phone over SMTP (465 implicit TLS, or STARTTLS where credentials go out only after the upgrade). No runtime dependency: the sound helper is a PowerShell script, the mail client is plain Node.

Turns a stated rule into a checkable intake card and writes it into the right AGENTS.md, and keeps project plans, a rule ledger, project records, handoffs, a change log and a timeline.

Read-only workflow panel for DSH: overview, six gates, milestones, org template, task flow and roster - project data from a project.json file, roster from the live DSH state, ledger presence from the ledger directory. Ships as a Cordis bundle with two GET-only routes and writes nothing to the project or the DSH state file.

Runs an approved OpenSpec change to completion while the model stays a mechanical forwarder: a bundled Python CLI computes the ticket DAG frontier, claims tasks atomically, prepares one git worktree per assignment, and returns exact actions. The session delegates each action with the DSH subagent tool and reconciles the completion notice against a hash-bound receipt produced by re-running verification commands on a clean, advanced HEAD, so free-text "done" never counts. Runtime scope changes are plain tasks.md edits. Requires Python 3.10+ on PATH and a git project that uses OpenSpec.

Runs local Codex CLI tasks from DSH on Windows with background execution, progress queries, follow-up instructions, completed chat records, and optional supervision; requires Node 22.23.4+, DSH >=0.2.1-rc.3 <0.3.0, and an installed, authenticated Codex CLI.

Replaces the full skill catalog with keyword-based discovery, per-skill enable/disable switches, and system-prompt section controls. Disabled skills are refused by the skill tool, and their slash-command invocations are blocked at pre-step.

Document workspace that turns equipment manuals and past reports into proposals, research reports and bid files, then exports Markdown, Word, HTML, PDF and PPTX. Word/PPTX export and document parsing need Python 3 with pypdf, python-docx and python-pptx (installed from Settings), and PDF export needs Chrome or Edge at the standard Windows paths.

Audio tools for DSH: inspect audio/video files, transcode or extract the audio track from a video, trim and normalize, and transcribe speech with local whisper.cpp or an OpenAI-compatible API. Requires ffmpeg and ffprobe on PATH (not bundled); local transcription also needs a whisper-cli binary and a ggml model.

Floating TTS speaker in each conversation corner: when an AI reply finishes, edge-tts reads the summary aloud in the background with no popup windows; the toggle is remembered per conversation. Requires Windows, Python 3.9+ with the edge-tts package installed, and network access to Microsoft's Edge TTS service; summary is the default mode.

Rolling-window batch scheduler for DeepSeek Harness subagents: one subagent_batch call carries a queue of independent subtasks plus a user-owned concurrency window, a settled child's slot is refilled immediately, and the call returns every child's final answer, stop reason and child id as one acceptance report. async mode keeps the pool running in the background for subagent_batch_status, and the window comes from config, DSH_SUBAGENT_BATCH_CONCURRENCY or a hardware recommendation.

Rclone backup tooling with four tools: target inventory, local/remote status, rclone check verification, and approved copy/sync transfers with dry-run previews and an audit line. Requires rclone installed and a remote configured with `rclone config`; the plugin never reads the rclone config or credentials.

Drive existing DSH sessions from QQ (needs an OneBot 11 implementation such as NapCat running alongside): ask another session a question, manage share/team slots with a guard, pause a running turn, restart DSH on Windows and resume (via the install-restart.ps1 scheduled task), and inject peak-hour discipline. Plugin detail page has per-feature switches.

Fork of kirkchinese/dsh-capability-catalog 0.1.4 (cannot be installed alongside the upstream capability catalog / @kirkchinese/dsh-rea): a REA-focused MCP gateway with three fixed search, describe and call tools, cached schemas, session controls and native DSH result handling. Requires DSH 0.2.1-rc.4 or 0.2.2-rc.1 and a Node/npm setup able to run REA.

A Phone tab in dsh-better-sidebar: SMS and calls over Twilio and SIP lines bridged through Asterisk, call audio through your server, Live, Voicemail and Do not disturb modes with live voicemail transcripts, a Telegram account with chats, voice messages and calls, and phone_* and telegram_* agent tools. Requires dsh-better-sidebar, Node 22.5+, a Twilio account with a voice and SMS number, a public HTTPS host for provider webhooks, and the bundled Go daemons built from a checkout (Telegram also needs your own api_id/api_hash).

Mail for DSH: IMAP, POP3, SMTP and OAuth2 accounts with a reading tab, API senders, scheduled and CSV bulk sends with unsubscribe handling, and mail_* agent tools. The Mail tab appears inside dsh-better-sidebar; the agent tools work without it.

Emotion, energy and per-user portrait engine for AI characters: a 303-word leveled emotion library with lowest-level replacement and a promotion buffer, a spirit meter with easter-egg state transitions (excited / suppressed / angry), and per-user portraits. Requires your own OpenAI-compatible LLM endpoint and API key (EMOTION_LLM_KEY or emotion/config.json).

Local-first, file-native long-term memory for DSH with per-turn preflight, compact context injection, citations, human-approved writes, manual consolidation, nightly report-only maintenance, and a Web panel that is read-only for knowledge while allowing workspace-config edits.

Three ledgers for a model that loses context between restarts. Self-note: what I have become — capped at 40 entries, and every eviction first leaves a one-line crease recording which entry was dropped and why. Judgment ledger: record a claim together with how to verify it, come back when it is due, and mark it right or wrong; wrong ones stay in a mistakes book so you stop assuming you were always correct. Handoff: where this run stopped and what the next one should read first — a baton, not a memory. Three tools each taking an action parameter instead of a dozen separate ones (the prompt is paid every turn). Data lives in ~/.dsh/*.jsonl and is shared with the same-named CLI scripts. Zero dependencies.
