Memoria local de tres capas para DeepSeek Harness: L1 memoria instantánea (MEMORY.md/USER.md) leída a demanda con las herramientas memory_* + L2 base de conocimiento buscable (hechos + SQLite FTS5, búsqueda en chino por tokenización de ventana deslizante) + L3 importación desde Hermes/Claude Code/Codex/WorkBuddy y desde documentos aprobados de Agent Hub (memory/global, memory/projects, decisiones aceptadas) con deduplicación por hash de contenido. La v0.2.0 eliminó toda inyección automática: la memoria entra en el contexto solo cuando el modelo llama a una de las 12 herramientas memory_*, y los datos permanecen en el disco local.

Peak-Valley Meter (峰谷电表): un pequeño compañero de uso de DeepSeek. Muestra sobre el compositor un chip minimalista de saldo (solo símbolo de moneda + número), con el saldo oficial actualizado cada 5 s; un clic en el símbolo abre la página oficial de recarga en una pestaña nueva. Al pasar el cursor aparece en fundido un fondo circular bajo el símbolo y se despliega una línea de tiempo de 24 h de punta/valle (naranja=punta, azul=valle, marcador luminoso en la hora local actual) para ver con claridad las horas valle. Añade 20 configuraciones regionales (chino tradicional HK/TW, japonés, coreano, francés, alemán, español, portugués, italiano, ruso, ucraniano, polaco, neerlandés, turco, árabe, hindi, indonesio, vietnamita, tailandés, sueco) a la Web UI de DeepSeek Harness, con traducciones pulidas a mano, alternativas en tiempo de ejecución y traducción automática de los textos del mercado y de terceros.

Vuelve a aplicar las etiquetas de interfaz en chino a los módulos cliente de DSH en cada arranque, para que las traducciones sobrevivan a las actualizaciones.

Cross-session experience memory for DSH. Lessons are evidence-graded, injected when the turn is about the same thing, and shown just before an action only when the record declares which call it applies to. A rule that holds whatever the turn is about — "always answer in Chinese" — can be marked **standing** and is then carried every turn: measured on 24 isolated real-model turns, a standing rule is followed 6/6 against 0/18 for the controls (empty store, same record unmarked, unrelated standing record). A guess still cannot become always-on: a standing record needs a verified passage like any other. What nobody looks up is retired, reversibly. Five tools, seven slash commands, zero runtime dependencies.

Shows a Chinese translation under each English thinking block in the DSH web chat, without modifying the session transcript; per-chunk caching, a configurable translation model, and a settings panel.

Live token cost for every chat in the DSH Web UI: the chat, its subagents and the whole session tree, priced from a bundled models.dev snapshot of seven providers and 139 priced models, with cache read and write rates wherever the provider publishes them and DeepSeek from its own peak and off-peak table. Every finished answer carries its own price in the transcript, and a chat that is not currently open is priced from the log instead of disappearing. Spend is costed per interval from an append-only JSONL ledger in the project folder, so logged work keeps the tariff it was billed at.
