Mémoire locale à trois couches pour DeepSeek Harness : L1 mémoire instantané (MEMORY.md/USER.md) lue à la demande via les outils memory_* + L2 base de connaissances interrogeable (faits + SQLite FTS5, recherche en chinois par tokenisation à fenêtre glissante) + L3 import depuis Hermes/Claude Code/Codex/WorkBuddy et depuis les documents approuvés d'Agent Hub (memory/global, memory/projects, décisions acceptées) avec déduplication par hash de contenu. La v0.2.0 a supprimé toute injection automatique : la mémoire n'entre dans le contexte que lorsque le modèle appelle l'un des 12 outils memory_*, et les données restent sur le disque local.

Peak-Valley Meter (峰谷电表) : un petit compagnon d'utilisation de DeepSeek. Au-dessus du composeur, une puce de solde minimale (symbole de devise + nombre), avec le solde officiel actualisé toutes les 5 s ; cliquer sur le symbole ouvre la page officielle de recharge dans un nouvel onglet. Au survol, un fond circulaire apparaît en fondu sous le symbole et déploie une frise de 24 h des heures pleines/creuses (orange=pleine, bleu=creuse, marqueur lumineux à l'heure locale actuelle) pour repérer facilement les heures creuses. Comptage indépendant des dépenses du jour ; panneau de réglages avec 10 palettes de couleurs sobres et couleurs personnalisées creuse/pleine. Interface entièrement en chinois.

Ajoute 20 paramètres régionaux (chinois traditionnel HK/TW, japonais, coréen, français, allemand, espagnol, portugais, italien, russe, ukrainien, polonais, néerlandais, turc, arabe, hindi, indonésien, vietnamien, thaï, suédois) à la Web UI de DeepSeek Harness, avec des traductions soigneusement peaufinées, des replis à l'exécution et la traduction automatique des textes du marché et tiers.

Réapplique les libellés d'interface en chinois aux modules clients DSH à chaque démarrage, pour que les traductions survivent aux mises à niveau.

Cross-session experience memory for DSH. Lessons are evidence-graded, injected when the turn is about the same thing, and shown just before an action only when the record declares which call it applies to. A rule that holds whatever the turn is about — "always answer in Chinese" — can be marked **standing** and is then carried every turn: measured on 24 isolated real-model turns, a standing rule is followed 6/6 against 0/18 for the controls (empty store, same record unmarked, unrelated standing record). A guess still cannot become always-on: a standing record needs a verified passage like any other. What nobody looks up is retired, reversibly. Five tools, seven slash commands, zero runtime dependencies.

Shows a Chinese translation under each English thinking block in the DSH web chat, without modifying the session transcript; per-chunk caching, a configurable translation model, and a settings panel.

Live token cost for every chat in the DSH Web UI: the chat, its subagents and the whole session tree, priced from a bundled models.dev snapshot of seven providers and 139 priced models, with cache read and write rates wherever the provider publishes them and DeepSeek from its own peak and off-peak table. Every finished answer carries its own price in the transcript, and a chat that is not currently open is priced from the log instead of disappearing. Spend is costed per interval from an append-only JSONL ledger in the project folder, so logged work keeps the tariff it was billed at. On top of it: budget-aware work plans packed against a money limit, routing scenarios that show which models are worth connecting, a generated plan document in English, Chinese or Russian, and a warning when spend belongs to no plan unit.

Voice conversation mode for the DSH Web GUI: tap the mic to start a full-screen call, talk hands-free, and hear each reply read aloud as it streams. Bilingual (Chinese/English) UI, light and dark themes, adjustable speech rate, and switchable voices.

Self-tending living memory in one local SQLite file — a nightly patrol dedupes, merges, decays and cross-links entries on its own, with seven-signal RRF hybrid recall (FTS5 + jieba Chinese-first tokenization, optional vector KNN, graph PPR), a typed knowledge graph, conflict detection instead of silent overwrites, and web telemetry panels.
