A retrosynthesis tab talks to a pluggable backend (Retro* by default) over a single JSON-in/JSON-out process, and states what is missing when the backend is not installed instead of inventing a route. The calculations run in this repository's Python package (rdkit), which is installed with pip separately.

Registers the dsh-mol stdio MCP server, built on RDKit with no network access, into a DSH profile. It exposes 12 tools: three-level SMILES validation with human-readable diagnostics and character positions, molecular properties, drug-likeness and structural alerts, structure rendering to PNG/SVG, multi-molecule grids, format conversion (SMILES, InChI, InChIKey, MOL, SDF, formula), standardisation with a per-step change log, deduplication, SMARTS substructure matching, fingerprint similarity, and batch clean-up that reports every rejected row. The patch only registers the server; the tools live in this repository's Python package and must be installed first — the README gives a `pip install` route and a from-source route, and until the package is on PyPI the from-source one is what works.

Resumes turns interrupted by a DSH host restart: hooks agent activation (once a session is live), reads the crash-repair turn/end, and sends a continuation that requires verifying real-world state first rather than assuming a side effect succeeded or failed. Permanent failures (AUTH, QUOTA, context overflow) are skipped, with a cross-restart budget, adaptive backoff and a minimal-context payload.

Token usage dashboard in the DSH settings page: nine metric cards (total, today, yesterday, peak day, longest session, active-day streak, active days, sessions, subagent tokens), a GitHub-style daily/weekly/cumulative heatmap, and an activity insight list, aggregated locally from session logs and projection caches, keeping token history after a session is deleted.

Meeting rooms for DSH sessions: joining a room grants the right to convene and the duty to attend, and a session belongs to at most one room. Convening forks each participant in with its own completed-turn context and with its tools stripped, a moderator that carries no context chooses the speakers, and every turn is appended to disk as it is spoken. After adjournment each participant receives its own minutes as a user turn and resumes work.

Phone apps (SMS Forwarder, Tasker, or any HTTP POST) push messages to a local HTTP endpoint; the plugin stores them as JSONL and exposes sms_recent / sms_search tools so the agent can read SMS verification codes during tasks. Auto-extracts the first 4-8 digit OTP from each message, supports keyword filtering, and works over LAN or Tailscale.

OAuth2-capable IMAP email reader for accounts where password authentication is disabled. Microsoft disabled Basic Auth for personal Outlook IMAP in 2024, so this plugin authenticates via refresh-token OAuth2 (XOAUTH2) with automatic token refresh, plus app-password login for Gmail through an optional local HTTP/SOCKS proxy.
