Ships a skill that documents how to build, debug and publish DSH plugins - host and client package skeleton, developing a forked plugin inside a throwaway profile, publishing to GitHub and npm, and the pitfalls found while shipping them. Installing the plugin registers the skill.

Four right-Sidebar panels for the dsh web client — an artifacts browser, long-term memory, a terminal and notes — paired two per tab with a draggable split, so two panes show all four at once. Ships the host half as well: nine memory_* tools, artifacts_list, the /memory command, the /api/artifacts/* and /api/terminal-notes/* routes.
