Riscrive le richieste `/chat/completions` in uscita con uno schema evolutivo chain-of-thought (genoma a nove dimensioni, selezione elitaria con crossover di frammenti, una rivalutazione deterministica), valuta le risposte su una base fissa di 20 obiettivi e aggiunge una riga per riscrittura a `live-requests.jsonl` nella root dati del plugin (predefinita `<cwd>/.aecot`, configurabile con `AECOT_ROOT`).

Calls go through the host model service, and a settings section exposes the model and the budgets. Output guards check that user-written constraints survive, warning rather than auto-retrying. Adapted for dsh 0.1.7 and 0.2.

Watchdog for quota exhaustion: on a 429 or quota error it creates a recurring schedule that re-sends a continue-the-task prompt until a turn closes normally, so a long task resumes without manual restarts; /keep-running list and /keep-running cancel <id> manage those schedules. Requires @deepseek-ai/dsh-schedule to be mounted first (it registers the schedules).
