Strumenti di lettura web per agenti solo testuali. Cinque strumenti in sola lettura: web_fetch (qualsiasi URL renderizzato in Markdown pulito o testo semplice), web_links (inventario dei link di una pagina), web_feed (voci RSS 2.0 / Atom), web_headers (stato HTTP, header e catena di reindirizzamenti senza scaricare il corpo, HEAD con fallback automatico a GET) e web_table (tabelle HTML estratte come righe strutturate con rilevamento delle intestazioni ed espansione per colspan/rowspan). Il trasporto è Node fetch più un proxy HTTP senza dipendenze (tunneling CONNECT, richieste a URI assoluto, NO_PROXY con suffisso/wildcard/CIDR IPv4, Proxy-Authorization). Zero dipendenze a runtime.

Scans the whole C drive and classifies every large folder into A/B/C/D/E/P (safe cache / relocatable / junction-movable / abandoned software / config-memory redline / personal files), then deletes, moves, or redirects on demand — with strong redline protection, dry-run preview and undo. Unknown software decided by LLM fallback + human confirmation.

Redirects DSH downloads, artifacts, caches and temp files to user-specified drives (auto-picks the largest non-C drive), injects a path-discipline prompt into every session, and ships a disk_guard tool for status and cleanup — keeps the C: drive from filling up.
