Role policy, project templates and deployment sit behind explicit ports: swap the implementation without rewriting the loop. Checkup for the whole plugin lifecycle: before install it verifies dsh.bundle, engine and peer compatibility, native build needs, platform limits and whether the new patch would mount a loader name that is already installed (install-shadow prediction); after install it groups every installed plugin by capability; before update it runs the same checks against the new version and reports only the problems the update introduces. Ships a CLI that runs even when DSH will not boot, plus three read-only tools.

After an agent's own bash or shell command, re-observes the files that session had observed, so FS_STALE_VERSION no longer fires on self-inflicted writes but still fires on writes by others.

Adds a Speed setting (Standard, Fast, Ultrafast) for OpenAI and Codex models on a patched dsh build: the pinned dsh 0.2.1-alpha.2 web client needs the Model / Effort child-slot patch, the host pi-ai must be 0.87.1 or 1.1.0 (other versions refuse to load), and the terminal controls need a patched dsh-TUI. Then it appears in the Model / Effort menu; in dst /speed opens a picker or sets the speed directly, and the current speed shows in the bottom bar. The choice is kept per session, provider and model and is sent as the request service tier.
