DSH host bundle for the ShyPie privacy-first workflow: extracts attached images and PDF/Office files locally before they enter the session log (requires poppler pdftotext/pdftoppm on PATH and a local OCR engine — Windows OCR on Windows, optionally tesseract; without them attachments are rejected, not forwarded); default filter mode keeps text local (optional local masking); blocks unmaskable media/BLOB; provides local privacy_extract, privacy_ocr, privacy_scan and privacy_rehydrate tools; denies read_image and binary/document reads outside allowPaths; and enforces a fail-closed llm/stream egress guard before DSH dispatches a model request (the default provider allowlist is the local Magpie gateway).

A five-stage engineering loop for agent-built projects — spec, build, verify, ship, learn — with one artifact and one gate per phase, so an agent always knows the single next action. Role policy, project templates and deployment sit behind explicit ports: swap the implementation without rewriting the loop. Its scaffold generator lays out the internal layers of a project — `init --layout {none,webapp,service,plugin} --stack {python,node,none}` — from nine layers sampled out of three unrelated production projects: entry docs, an OpenSpec plan face, a spec truth layer (INDEX, one file per domain, TESTING, CONSTITUTION), a wiki split into knowledge / progress / runbook, the six `.agents/` slots, server+web, scripts/deploy/config, tests+e2e and a gitignored out/. Non-none layouts also gate the directory contract and compile every source root. Ships a Python CLI (init/next/check/ship/new) plus a local command adapter and an SSH/systemd adapter with release directories, an atomic current/previous switch, a deploy lock, a commit-versioned JSON probe and automatic rollback on a failed probe; bootstrap and teardown provision and remove the unit and the reverse-proxy block idempotently and refuse to delete a root they did not create. Includes a runnable example workspace and a skill that keeps the agent on one phase at a time. Requires Python 3.10+ and PyYAML; remote deploys need SSH access, rsync, systemd and Caddy on the target.

Offline civil-service exam study panel integrating 15 upstream open-source question banks with SRS wrong-book, mock exams, essay grading, interactive knowledge graph and whitebox observability. The npm package ships no question-bank data: after install, the required set (~363 MB) is cloned from the question-bank manager (all 15 upstream repos are about 2.2 GB).

Per-workspace personal knowledge base for DeepSeek Harness: each identity gets an isolated local library — import PDF, Word, Excel, Markdown, text, HTML and images, auto-chunk and embed into SQLite with FTS5 + vector hybrid retrieval, then ask questions in chat with numbered citations back to the source. Local-first, no cloud upload; vector embeddings need a local Ollama (default bge-m3), and without it retrieval degrades to FTS5 keyword search.

Runs Hindsight long-term memory on your own machine: after a one-time uvx --from hindsight-embed@latest hindsight-embed profile create server setup (~450 MB of Python dependencies) and with your own LLM key, the plugin manages the local memory server itself (health probe, start, stop, logs), registers ten hindsight_local_* tools for status, page search, page read, recall, remember and reflect, injects a knowledge-page index once per session, writes each finished turn back into the bank, and extracts facts with your own LLM key. Do not enable it alongside the official @vectorize-io/hindsight-coding-agents plugin: both read the same bank and would inject duplicate context. At session end it writes a handoff snapshot that the next session injects as previous progress. The data directory is configurable (dataDir) and scripts/relocate.mjs moves an existing install to another drive, creating directory junctions where the server hard-codes its paths.

DSH向けのローカル優先リサーチツールキットです。モデル用ツールとしてkb_grep、kb_list、kb_saveを登録します。kb_grepはMarkdown知識ベースをripgrep（利用できない場合はgrep）で検索し、kb_listとkb_saveは範囲を限定したctx.fsファイルシステムサービスを使います。知識ベースの既定パスは~/dsh-kbです。local-first-researchとsession-memoryの2つのスキルも同梱しますが、プラグインバンドルには含まれないため、DSHのスキルディレクトリへ手動でコピーしてください。純粋なNode ESMで、実行時のnpm依存関係はありません。フレームワーク不要のnodeテストハーネスを同梱します。plugin_manager install_bundleでインストールでき、クライアントUIは含みません。

DSH sandbox内でbuild commandを実行し、毎回の昇格要求を避けます。純粋なcache（GOCACHE、NPM_CONFIG_CACHE、BUN_INSTALL_CACHE_DIR、PIP_CACHE_DIR）はtemp rootへ移すか、実cache directoryに書き込み権限を与えてterminalと共有します。dependency store（GOMODCACHE、CARGO_HOME）は移動せず、権限付与のみ。任意のuser directory（~/.configなど）は既定で全てオフ。command allowlistは完全一致、または&&、||、;、|で分割した各segment単位で照合します。ファイルへ書くredirectは拒否（2>&1などのfd複製と/dev/nullは許可）；command substitutionとbackground実行は常に拒否。設定はprofile／session単位で、file編集はrestart不要で反映。

DeepSeek Harness向けcodebase knowledge graph。7つの`graphify_*` Agent tool、`/graphify` command、Graphify pageでAST解析によりproject graphをローカル構築/検索（API key不要）。path/explain/god-node検索とwiki/HTML/SVG/GraphML/Obsidian出力に対応。`graphifyy` CLIが必要。LLM keyが必要なのは文書/PDF/画像の完全抽出のみ。

DSHをローカルBiliMemory backendへ接続し、Bilibili検索/コレクション/状態/ログイン、A-Memorix共有memoryの健全性確認、QQ連携状態/allowlist/監視プロセス再起動を行います。Windows用ワンクリックinstallerはMaiBot A-Memorixがなければ導入/修復し、local-bge-small-zh、embedding、共有memoryを設定。memoryのみ修復する`install-memory.cmd`も付属。Windows、DSH Desktop 0.2.1-rc.2以上、Node.js 22.19以上、Python 3.12、Playwright/Edge、FFmpeg、`127.0.0.1:8765`のBiliMemory API、`127.0.0.1:11435`のローカルembedding service、Bilibili login、QQ用MaiBot/NapCatが必要。Voice、RVC、cover機能は対象外。
