Workspace session monitor: aggregates per-session pending/running/completed state into a sidebar footer badge and a floating per-workspace panel, so switching between workspaces never hides a forgotten session; an additive core seam (upstream-seam.patch)

Balance badge that follows the active model provider: official readings for DeepSeek, Qwen Token Plan and Aliyun BSS, plus Moonshot and OpenRouter endpoints not yet key-verified.

Global cross-session todo inbox for DSH web: any session's agent records human-action todos (merge MRs, approve work orders, reviews) via inbox_add/inbox_done/inbox_list; a sidebar entry shows a count badge and an expandable list to open and complete them, persisted to ~/.dsh/todo-inbox.json.
