DSH 外部プラグイン:モデルが会話フロー内で SVG/HTML Widget をストリーミング生成(```svg/```html フェンス内をトークン単位でサンドボックス iframe にレンダリング)し、構造化チャート(visualize ツールの ChartSpec → echarts)も表示します。既存の assistant/chunk および tool/result イベントを再利用し、DSH のソースコードは変更しません。
