dsh（DeepSeek Harness）内で ChatGPT / Codex のサブスクリプションを利用。OpenAI Codex の OAuth フローで ChatGPT アカウントにログインし、サブスクリプション枠を dsh の `codex-oauth` モデルプロバイダーとして公開する。
