Maintained fork of dsh-autoupdater with macOS/Windows desktop fixes. Scheduled update checks for DSH itself and installed plugins, applied only in idle windows.

Plugin steward for DeepSeek-Harness: checks every installed plugin for newer versions and installs them, snapshots the profile first and rolls back automatically when the post-update health check regresses. Also scans plugin code for risky behaviour before you install (eval, reverse shell, credential access), browses the 8.5k-plugin catalog with compatibility badges, restarts the host by itself after install/uninstall/disable, and shows everything in plain language.

Codex-inspired lifecycle command hooks for DSH, with explicit tool-input sharing, pre-tool deny policies, notifications, and local audit examples.

Bundles the PrismSearch MCP server and its agent skill. Web search over Bing and Baidu with no account or API key, plus Google and Brave when API keys are set and DuckDuckGo, Sogou, 360 and Yandex when enabled in config; automatic engine fallback and an aggregate mode. Also image search, WeChat Official Account article search, and fetch_page, which returns web pages and PDFs as Markdown in segments.

Fixes web_fetch failing with "non-public IP address" while Clash, Surge or v2rayN runs in TUN/fake-IP mode: finds your local HTTP proxy by itself, sends web_fetch through it while the proxy is on and directly when it is off, and adds an Auto/Proxy/Direct switch to the sidebar. Model calls are left alone by default.

Restores the Windows desktop after a restart or power loss: snapshots open apps, documents, folders and window positions, and reopens them on demand. Windows 10+ only; automatic capture before shutdown needs two scheduled tasks registered once with collector/install-tasks.ps1.

Hippocampus: renders workspace files, DSH memories and past sessions as a rotatable neuron graph in the sidebar, with Chinese-friendly labels and automatic re-indexing on every start.

Keeps a turn from closing on an unfinished reply: a stream guard turns silent truncation into an in-step retry, and a completion protocol asks the model to declare how each turn ended.

Durable session handoff for DeepSeek Harness: pressure-aware handoff docs, a searchable transcript, and automatic continuation in a fresh Session. The status pip beside the input box shades from green to blue to amber to red as pressure rises.

Lists resumable Codex chats under the DSH composer, grouped by the concrete project each one belongs to, and inserts a mechanically extracted recovery context into the draft without sending it. Project ownership is resolved from the Codex project registry with path-boundary matching and labelled by how reliable it is: recorded session ownership, registered directory, unreadable metadata, or a directory registered under several projects (left unknown rather than guessed). Also reports when the stored autosave is behind the log tail, which usually means the turn ended without a stop. The chat list requires python3 >=3.8 on PATH; Windows is not supported yet, and without python3 the list stays silently empty.

An Auto toggle next to the model selector that schedules reasoning_effort per request: complexity is scored by a MiniMax/OpenAI-compatible model with a zero-dependency heuristic fallback (fallbacks not cached), effort ladders adapt to each model real effort list (low/high/max, low/high/highx/max/ultra, ...), heavy tool calls upgrade the tier within the same session, the lit button and reply badges show the effort actually used, and every decision plus observed token usage lands in a JSONL ledger. A standalone-button fork of imkingjh999/dsh-adaptive-effort; do not install it and the original in the same profile.

Registers two LLM account pools as model providers: TeleAgent (China Telecom TeleAI; paste a token once) with a daily 09:00 UTC+8 full-pool check-in — currently check-in, balances and model listing only, since its chat is blocked by the client signing key — and AutoClaw (Zhipu desktop, Windows), whose tokens are decrypted from the local DPAPI-protected credential store and whose chat streams through the desktop bridge. Both pools report credit balances and model catalogs; quota-triggered failover across local desktop instances is automatic, while switching the AutoClaw account is an opt-in setting (off by default). Panels ship in settings and the left sidebar.

Edge glow for DeepSeek Harness: blue while it drives your mouse and keyboard, amber while it asks a question, red while it waits for approval, plus a top banner naming the current action. Desktop only: the overlay is a separate Electron process (auto-detected from the DSH desktop app or dsh-pet; override with DSH_ELECTRON_PATH) and stays dark without one.

Hide the duplicate DeepSeek account / official API entries, sidebar items and the Feedback / Sign out items; on DSH Desktop, add Reload / Restart to the application menu with a one-click patch to the app shell main.js (needs an app restart, and a DSH update reverts the patch); pin a reasoning level and auto-fill new providers and models.

A model-driven desktop pet, derived from PC2005-cloud/dsh-pet (MIT): an always-on-top companion that follows your agent sessions, races the Web UI to answer approvals and questions, keeps a per-pet affection ledger, speaks through pet_say/pet_do tools or an autonomous inner voice, and can read those lines aloud through BreezeBlue TTS with your own BreezeBlue API key. It uses its own /whale598 route and ~/.dsh/whale598 data directory, so it is a separate pet from dsh-pet rather than a replacement for it.

A talking whale desktop pet for the DSH web UI — persona-driven chat with persistent memory, plus scheduled autonomous web browsing that brings back a summarized message telling you what she found. Based on PC2005-cloud/dsh-pet (its art and animations are reused under the upstream non-commercial terms); install it instead of dsh-pet, not alongside it.

Drive a real Android phone from DSH: screenshots, taps, swipes, typing and app launching. Requires Python 3.10+ with aiohttp and mcp on the computer side, plus the AutoX.js script running on the phone with screen-capture and accessibility permissions; the phone long-polls your machine, so no public port and no relay server.

Approval frame for DSH tool calls: a rule table with four outcomes (deny, ask, AI review, allow) across tool, command, file and network scope, then AI fast/deep review and human approval, a hash-chained audit trail and a settings UI. Target files are inspected by metadata only (no file contents are opened); the reviewer sees the command, targets and clipped write payloads, with secrets redacted before anything leaves the machine.

Ask the executing AI — and the auto-review AI when DSH's auto-review plugin is installed and enabled — about a pending tool approval before you allow or reject it; the executing AI's answers are saved into the session.

Sends desktop notifications when a DSH turn finishes or fails, and sends 继续 automatically after the model-retry budget is exhausted.

Event-source plugin for DeepSeek Harness: cron, webhook, file watch, and deterministic procedures, with a ledger, console, and concurrency limits.

Sidebar node canvas for DSH where each node is an agent task and each link a dataflow dependency. One deterministic import (no model calls) produces both a task pipeline and a file-level module graph; file nodes carry a coupling score, and every run is snapshotted so it can be undone as a whole.

Scheduled Agent tasks for DSH 0.2.1-rc.5 with per-task models, workspaces, independent or persistent sessions, run history, and file artifacts.

Posts a follow-up prompt into opted-in chats that fall silent, and offers a secret-protected HTTP API that posts a message into any chat. Requires Node.js 22.5+.
