dsh 向け自動思考 effort ルーティング：ローカルでファインチューニングされた 7 問分類器（ModernBERT、842MB、CPU 推論 <1 秒）が no-intent メッセージの low/high/max を選択。セッション内リトライは除外制約下でティアをエスカレート（low → high → max）。判定サービスは到達不能時に low にフェイルセーフ。入力バーにティアチップが現在のティアと直近 20 件の判定を表示。すべての推論はローカルで実行 — タスクテキストがマシンを離れることはありません。

dsh-router 用の RTK (Rust Token Killer) 拡張。各 bash ツール呼び出しを `rtk rewrite` に通して書き換え、エージェントが圧縮されたコマンド出力を読めるようにします。rtk が存在しない場合や同等の機能がない場合は元のコマンドにフォールバックします。

Uses a personal access token for authentication, signs requests to the Qoder cosy gateway and converts upstream SSE to OpenAI SSE; the model list reports the upstream display name alongside the key, while account selection and cooldown stay in dsh-router core.
