モデルのテキストストリームに漏れた DeepSeek DSML の終了タグを除去します。

Auto-continues turns stalled by DSML tool-call markup leaking into reasoning.

Strips DSML markers that leak into the assistant text stream and resumes a turn only when it genuinely produced nothing — an invoke-block leak with no tool call emitted, or a closing-tag leak whose prose is near-empty; upstream jitter codes retry, while quota, rate-limit, auth and context-window errors never do. Requires DSH 0.2.1-rc.2 or newer, below 0.3.0, and Node 20 or newer.
