コンテキスト圧縮にHeadroom（Apache-2.0）のコード骨格方式とTokenPilot（arXiv:2606.17016）の推定器方式を採用。公表値はHeadroom: coding agentでtoken 20%減、JSONで60–95%減（同じ回答）；TokenPilot: 長期セッション費用を最大60%減。いずれも各プロジェクトの報告値で、本プラグインの測定/benchmarkではありません。DSHで圧縮プロファイル、Auto Compact閾値、骨格圧縮を設定。DeepSeek V4 tokenizerで計測し同一リビジョンの数を検証。非対応モデルはfail-openで元のツール結果を保持。ターン中の骨格圧縮と末尾の意図要約を公式JSONL圧縮内で行います。

Runs the upstream Headroom compression toolkit (headroom-ai, Apache-2.0) inside DeepSeek Harness over MCP: headroom_compress, headroom_retrieve and headroom_stats are exposed as mcp__headroom__* tools backed by the upstream server, installed on demand by uvx. Compression is lossy but reversible — originals are fetched back by hash from a local CCR store. Also ships a registrar that adds DeepSeek Harness to Headroom's own MCP registry, and a model-header sanitizer for the upstream proxy.
