DeepSeek Harness Web UI 向けの Taffy ムードマスコット：隅の GIF がエージェントの状態にリアルタイムに反応します — 承認待ち / 承認済み / 拒否 / おねだり、思考中、ツール実行、割り込み、ask_user_question の待機、圧縮、長時間タスクの疲労、放置された承認の無視、アイドル / スリープ — SSE でプッシュされる状態、ドラッグでの位置決め、中クリックのコンソール、ツールカードのミラーコンソール、ムードごとのロック、永続化される外観設定、日別バケット統計を備えます。

長時間タスクのオーケストレーションループ。Codex が計画・採点・レビューを行い、DeepSeek が実行し、Kimi が補助する（視覚での受け入れ確認、要約、相互照合）。

Host-side long-task detection for small-context local models: long outputs are scaffolded into a parts skeleton (one part per reply, then assemble), and multi-step work into a PLAN.md ledger with notes/ (plan first, one step per reply). Detection is heuristic and host-side, so it does not depend on the model judging its own limits.

Email reminders from your DSH agent when you're away: fires at goal completion, blockage, before asking the user a decision, and at long-task milestones via a bundled zero-dependency Node SMTP sender.
