vision-expモデル用大画像認識：ロスレス800×800タイル認識（smart/pipeline/full）、前処理と手書きルーティング付きローカルOCR、DirectML/CUDA/OpenVINO対応のオプション複数ベンダーGPU（CPU自動フォールバック）。

Pipeline for scanned textbooks: OCR at roughly 5x the ONNXRuntime speed (requires Python 3.10+ with pymupdf, rapidocr, openvino and numpy), then a structure report and a per-chapter reading plan before you open the PDF.

vision-expモデル向け大画像認識。800×800のタイルで可逆認識（smart/pipeline/full）を行い、前処理付きのローカルOCRと手書き文字の振り分けに対応。複数ベンダーのGPU（DirectML/CUDA/OpenVINO）は任意で、利用できない場合はCPUへ自動フォールバックします。
