読み取り専用のrclone listremotes / lsf / about。

Rclone backup tooling with four tools: target inventory, local/remote status, rclone check verification, and approved copy/sync transfers with dry-run previews and an audit line. Requires rclone installed and a remote configured with `rclone config`; the plugin never reads the rclone config or credentials.

DSH環境（config、sessions、plugins、workspaces、Hindsight memory）の暗号化・分割フルバックアップです。AES-256-GCM volumeをpassphrase、recovery code、このマシンのDPAPI slotで解除でき、各packageには単独で動くrestorerが含まれます。GFSローテーション（最新、日次、週次、月次）、総サイズ上限、ごみ箱、network/WebDAV保存先に対応。外部依存なしでNode.js builtinsのみを使い、7z、openssl、rcloneは不要です。
