テキスト専用エージェント向けの Web 閲覧ツール。5 つの読み取り専用ツール：web_fetch（任意の URL を整形された Markdown またはプレーンテキストで取得）、web_links（ページ内リンクの一覧）、web_feed（RSS 2.0 / Atom エントリ）、web_headers（本文をダウンロードせずに HTTP ステータス、レスポンスヘッダー、リダイレクト連鎖を取得。HEAD 失敗時は自動で GET にフォールバック）、web_table（HTML テーブルをヘッダー検出と colspan/rowspan のグリッド展開付きで構造化行として抽出）。トランスポートは Node fetch と依存関係ゼロの HTTP プロキシ実装（CONNECT トンネリング、絶対 URI リクエスト、サフィックス/ワイルドカード/IPv4-CIDR マッチング対応の NO_PROXY、Proxy-Authorization）。ランタイム依存はゼロです。

Scans the whole C drive and classifies every large folder into A/B/C/D/E/P (safe cache / relocatable / junction-movable / abandoned software / config-memory redline / personal files), then deletes, moves, or redirects on demand — with strong redline protection, dry-run preview and undo. Unknown software decided by LLM fallback + human confirmation.

Redirects DSH downloads, artifacts, caches and temp files to user-specified drives (auto-picks the largest non-C drive), injects a path-discipline prompt into every session, and ships a disk_guard tool for status and cleanup — keeps the C: drive from filling up.
