DSH向け統合通知・リモート操作プラグイン：単一の notify() API、25以上のチャンネル対応（Telegram/DingTalk/Feishu/WeCom/QQ bot/WxPusher/PushPlus/ServerChan/Bark/Discord/Slack/ntfy/webhookなど）、レベル別ルーティング（timeSensitive/active/passive）と段階的リトライ、複数チャンネルでの承認受信（Telegramボタン、Feishuカード、QQ、WxPusher、WeChat iLink）、QQ/DingTalk/Feishu公式QRログイン、ローカルWeb管理コンソール、マルチエージェントルーティング、デスクトップ通知、そしてモバイルコマンドセンター（!status/!stop/!retryによるエージェント操作と、結果表示/再試行/ログ確認ボタン付きの実行可能通知）を搭載。秘密情報は自動マスク、ツールはレート制限、実行時依存ゼロ。他プラグインは ctx.notifier で通知サービスを注入し dsh-notifier/sent イベントを購読可能。ID管理システム（v0.7）：ペアリングコード（任意のDMで /pair、最初の使用者がオーナーに）、複合キー紐付け、メンバーロール、ホワイトリスト空時のガイド付き初期設定。

ServerChan3 (Server酱) push notifications when a turn finishes — title, model, project directory, git branch, status and a reply excerpt, with subagent filtering and fire-and-forget delivery.
