Connects DSH to timestamped video reading, shared queues/history and Scroll personal Bilibili workflows through an existing Video Reader installation. Windows x64 only: install the core and set VIDEO_READER_ROOT before starting DSH; the bundle does not install Python, FFmpeg, models or Bilibili credentials.

動画/音声ファイルからメタデータ、サンプリング静止画、字幕、話者ラベル付き多言語音声文字起こしを取得します。ライブデスクトップをフレームまたは録画としてキャプチャできます。初回使用時にffmpeg/whisper.cpp/sherpa-onnx一式をインストールし、ファイルごとにsha256を確認します。処理はすべてローカルです。ツール一式の自動インストールとデスクトップキャプチャは現在Windows x64のみ対応し、それ以外ではffmpegとモデルのパスを手動設定する必要があります。
