Folder-style sidebar for DeepSeek Harness: workspaces read as folders, and clicking one enters its session list instead of scrolling every workspace at once. · DSH 文件夹侧栏：工作区即文件夹，点进去只看该工作区的会话。

DeepSeek Harness plugin: VS Code-compatible multi-root workspaces. A .code-workspace file is the single source of truth — its `folders` become writable roots of the session, exactly as in VS Code / Trae / Cursor.

Three literature-research skills packaged as one DSH plugin: academic-web-research (lightweight proxy fetch), academic-literature-research (Scholar/IEEE/CNKI/Wanfang/Sci-Hub pipeline), off-campus-literature (campus WebVPN/CARSI access). Installing drops the three SKILL.md folders into ~/.dsh/skills/, so the agent can invoke them by name after a restart. The bundled web-research skill assumes a local HTTP proxy at 127.0.0.1:7897; edit it if your setup differs.

Drag files and folders from the sidebar Files pane into the message composer. A dropped file becomes an inline chip inside the sentence, an uploaded attachment card, or a plain @ path, switchable in Settings.

Adds extra working directories to a workspace, each read-write or read-only, from a folder button next to the composer or the `/add-dir`, `/remove-dir` and `/dirs` commands; the model sees them in its runtime context, and `write` and `edit` calls into read-write directories skip the sandbox escalation prompt by default while shell commands still ask.

Turns a local Markdown vault into two folders the user picks in Settings: a knowledge folder DSH writes notes into, and a memory folder used as the agent's long-term memory with per-turn recall and end-of-turn capture. Folder time machine for DeepSeek Harness: snapshot any folder, browse its timeline, roll back with one click — Git-like history without needing Git, for folders that never had a repo (game saves, app config dirs, loose documents). Snapshots are content-addressed and deduplicated, and unchanged files are not re-hashed. Automatic snapshots come in two modes: realtime (fs.watch — one version ~8s after the last change, so a save-all or a build counts once) and timed (checks every N minutes, stores only when something actually changed; identical content never adds an empty version). Empty folders are recorded and recreated on restore. Every restore takes a safety snapshot first, so a rollback is itself undoable, and exact-mode cleanup only removes files and empty folders — a non-empty folder is never deleted. Ships a folder_timemachine model tool (status/history/diff need no approval; writes ask first) plus a floating panel with the timeline, one-click restore and mode switching. Pure JS, zero runtime dependencies, 110 tests included.

Multi-select clear (archive) workspace conversations and bulk-delete empty workspaces in the DSH sidebar. Workspace-level selection (tri-state), select-all, progress and failure reporting; delete keeps folders and session logs (sessions move to Ungrouped).

Workspace file tree and code editor in the DSH right sidebar: browse the workspace of the session it belongs to, create, rename and delete files and folders (to a trash folder by default), edit in place with line numbers and syntax highlighting (Ctrl+S saves, Ctrl+D duplicates the current line), preview images and play audio or video, list and unpack archives or pack a folder into a .zip through the system tar, search by file name or jump by a pasted path, and draw file rows with the icons Windows itself uses (SHGetFileInfo, Windows only).

Skill browser and switchboard for the DSH web GUI: a sidebar entry lists skills from configurable source directories as cards, clicking a card opens the full SKILL.md, and the per-card switch writes disable-model-invocation and registers or removes that skill in the agent skill catalog, so the model can load exactly the skills that are switched on. It also recognises WorkBuddy expert-team folders and shows avatar, tags, quick prompts and members, registering its lead prompt as a skill when switched on. Source directories are editable in the panel.

Adds a 最近 (Recent) section below the workspace list in the DSH web sidebar that flattens the newest sessions of every workspace into one timeline, reusing the session rows and hover cards the shell already renders, paging in earlier sessions as you scroll, and folding the workspace list itself to the five folders with the newest history. Requires DSH ^0.2.0-rc.1.

Replaces the shipped sidebar workspace browser with Recents, a project editor that adds extra source folders, and pin, rename, fork, and archive row actions.

Plays a Windows system sound when the agent opens a question dialog, when a tool asks for permission, and when a conversation turn ends, plus a fish_beep tool to trigger a sound on demand. Custom audio folders are supported.

One @ for files, folders, skills, past chats, plugins and git — with line ranges, paths outside the workspace, typo tolerance, and token cost before you send.

Local file recall: indexes the folders you choose into one local SQLite database, so 'where did I put that file?' is one query instead of a disk walk. Caches, VCS and program folders are pruned per directory; each folder keeps its own incremental anchor, so a folder added later is backfilled in full. Read-only: it never modifies, moves or deletes your files. Works on DeepSeek Harness 0.1.7 through 0.2.x, tested on 0.2.0-rc.1.
