DeepSeek Harness용 세션 간 장기 메모리입니다. 파일 기반 메모리 워크스페이스에서 2단계 추출/통합 파이프라인을 실행하고, 메모리 주입, 인용 피드백 루프, lease 기반 작업 의미론을 제공합니다. Settings 페이지와 사이드바 상태 패널도 포함됩니다.

미완료 ToDo 목록을 턴이 바뀌어도 보이게 유지합니다. DSH는 각 턴 시작에 ToDo projection을 지우고 전체 목록을 다시 쓰도록 기대하므로 중단된 턴에서는 계획이 로그에는 남아도 UI에서 사라집니다. `todo_write`는 쓰기 전용이라 다시 읽을 수 없습니다. 일반 session/event 리스너 하나가 세션별 마지막 목록을 기억하고, 미완료 항목이 남은 `turn/start`에서 다시 추가합니다. projection을 대체하는 fork나 waterfall은 사용하지 않습니다(`stateVersion` 불일치로 교체 불가); fold가 처리하는 이벤트를 추가하는 방식입니다. 미완료 목록만, 턴 시작당 최대 1개 이벤트, fail-open으로 범위를 제한합니다. 실제 세션과 projection 정의를 사용한 통제 A/B로 검증했습니다. 의존성 0.

사용자가 저장한 컨텍스트 항목을 각 사용자 메시지 뒤에 Remember 행으로 주입합니다. 매 턴 또는 세션당 한 번 주입할 수 있으며 Settings 편집기와 관리 페이지를 제공합니다.
