Annotates bash results whose exit code 1 is an answer rather than an error (grep with no match, diff with differences, false test) so the agent does not re-investigate them.

Windows 워크스페이스 열기 동작을 수정합니다. 기본 실행기는 `explorer.exe "<file:// URI>"`를 실행하지만 일부 호스트는 창을 띄우지 않고 성공을 반환해 종료 코드로 실제 열림을 알 수 없습니다. 해당 동작만 `explorer.exe /e,<dir>`로 바꿔 창을 확실히 열며 메뉴의 다른 앱은 기존 경로를 유지합니다.
