Recover deleted or corrupted dsh sessions (session.jsonl.zstd) and memory (memory.db) from the raw disk, and repair rebuilt sessions that fail to resume via the /session-repair command in the web UI.

Session repair button in the conversation header: detects & fixes session-log corruption — tool-call id swaps, empty call ids (`message must have tool source`), unknown event types from disabled plugins (marks `ignorable`), torn zstd tails, missing final-frame newlines; ghost-style UI, auto-backup before writes.

Diagnose and safely repair corrupted DSH session history: raw zstd/JSONL artifact validation (header, seq, tool-call IDs, turn/step closure), deterministic repair of empty tool-call ID chains, single-slot pre-repair backup + restore, and an audit trail.
