DeepSeek Harness용 온디맨드 skill 도구입니다. skill_search / skill_load / skill_ref로 단계형 라이브러리를 검색하고 필요할 때만 본문을 불러와 라이브러리 전체를 세션 카탈로그나 매 턴 컨텍스트에 상주시키지 않습니다. 대화의 Skills 탭은 전체 세션을 다시 읽어 실제 로드된 skill과 턴을 나열합니다. 의존성은 없으며 기록은 클라이언트에서만 렌더링되어 모델 컨텍스트에 들어가지 않습니다.
