Imports wallpapers newly downloaded by the Hao Wallpaper app into the DSH wallpaper engine on startup, incrementally and idempotently. Requires the Hao Wallpaper app, Python 3.8+ and the dsh-plugin-wallpaper-engine plugin (elysia395/dsh-wallpaper-engine) installed first. macOS only.
