A persona and memory plugin for DSH Desktop. Distill characters from chats, novels, scripts, or character sheets; keep long-term and temporary memories, learn style corrections and approved replies, detect persona leakage after switching, visualize memories, and import or export persona cards. Task guidance is reduced to one lightweight fixed discipline with no plans, ledgers, or dynamic reminders.

Runs TiddlyWiki 5 as the DSH persistent knowledge base: ten tiddlywiki_* agent tools (filtered search, read/write/batch/rename/delete, recent, tags, git sync with conflict resolve), a full TiddlyWiki editor embedded in the GUI center column over a same-origin proxy, a right-side wiki tab, a per-session tab summarizing the notes a session read or wrote, a quick-note card with draft auto-save, and an optional clip bookmarklet with image attachment — all backed by an auto-committing git repository.

Codex-style review of session file changes: per-turn cards (optionally taking over the shell edited cards) whose totals are the turn net diff, a review tab with syntax-highlighted diffs that never wrap, real line numbers, open-at-line and a draggable split, a hover preview of the whole file with three lines of context around each change, one-click per-turn revert, and the on-disk record size with a clear button in the review toolbar. Records are sharded per session, with content-addressed snapshot blobs that dedupe and are garbage collected. Light/dark presets follow the DSH theme, typography follows DSH and installed skins (or any font on the machine, with a px stepper), and a settings switch injects a think-in-Simplified-Chinese rule into the global AGENTS.md.

A governed swarm of six specialist DSH agents — orchestrator, planner, knowledge-base bridge, developer and two reviewers — turns a requirement into a strict phase pipeline where every delivery must prove itself with structured evidence before the next phase may start; reviewers are read-only, code merges only after a review pass, and an append-only event log gives full replay and audit on a live kanban board. Its design draws inspiration from the Hermes Agent kanban.

Embedded MCP server letting external agents (Hermes, Claude Code, etc.) drive DeepSeek Harness over StreamableHTTP: sync/async task execution, a three-tier file sandbox, a Web-backed approval bridge, session management and search, and path-jailed file tools.

Lazy-loading router for MCP servers: auto-discovers compatible MCPs and keeps only a shared router in the tool catalog, revealing a server's schemas when a turn needs them and hiding them again at turn end, so many installed MCPs stop costing context on every request. Falls open to normal visibility on any uncertainty, and the original MCP keeps ownership of execution, permissions and process lifecycle. Also supports explicit lazy connections with warm reuse, bounded reconnection, stdio and Streamable HTTP.

Gated multi-agent pipeline for OpenSpec changes — six opx_* tools drive the phase state machine, two agent presets (developer and reviewer) carry implementation and review, and 23 bundled skills define the quality standards they are checked against; full mode runs analyze, implement, then tool, task and dimension-based quality review, while simple mode runs implement and one merged quality review.

Skin manager for the DSH web GUI: discovers installed skins and switches the active one from a dedicated Settings page, mutually exclusive, hot-reloaded without restart.

LLM provider that runs the locally installed Claude Code CLI as the model backend, so requests go through an existing Claude subscription instead of a metered API key; native tool calls are bridged over MCP.

Office workspace & session dashboard: a floating 6-column sprite panel visualizing workspaces, sessions, token usage and subagents, plus Agent Mail and an office log tab. Feishu/Lark views (message feed, meeting schedules, transcripts) additionally require the `@larksuite/cli` tool installed and authenticated separately.

One shared Obsidian vault for every agent: dependency-free Python core (search/promote/adjudicate/forget), vault template, dsh plugin (memory_search/show/submit/status).

Bridges DeepSeek Harness to LINE: runs its own signed webhook server, sets up a Cloudflare Tunnel (quick URL or an API-token tunnel), keeps the LINE webhook endpoint pointed at the current tunnel, and gives each LINE user a separate session with a chosen persona, plus optional scheduled check-ins. Requires a LINE Messaging API channel (Channel ID and Channel Secret); only allow-listed LINE users, or users approved from the pending queue, can talk to the bot.

Exposes a running DeepSeek Harness as an MCP server over Streamable HTTP or a bundled stdio bridge, so an external agent can create workspaces and sessions, prompt, fork, rename and switch the model on them, read and write files, run foreground and background shell commands, call the instance's own agent tools by name, and read per-turn and cumulative token usage with a cost receipt when a price plugin is installed.

Needs a SiliconFlow API key for the default embedding and reranker models; only Linux is verified so far.

Controls the Chrome you are already logged into: the model clicks, types, fills in forms, reads pages, takes screenshots and downloads files in your real tabs, including inside same-origin iframes. Runs on macOS, Windows and Linux; needs Chrome 116+ and Node 18+. Works over native messaging and chrome.debugger instead of a listening port. Ships 12 browser_* tools and a cb CLI, dispatches real CDP input events, draws an on-page cursor that also appears in screenshots, and adds a toolbar panel with live status, the controlled tabs and a pause switch. browser_download saves a link, an element's target or a URL with the site's login cookies (following redirects, keeping the server's file name) to the Downloads folder or the session's working directory; cross-origin iframes are named in the snapshot but not entered. The native host and the MV3 extension travel inside this tarball: on first load the plugin copies them into place and writes the native-messaging registration itself, so there is no clone, no install.sh and no python3 - the one step left is adding the extension to Chrome: install DSH Bridge from the Chrome Web Store (https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/bippcbbbipppmhjkjomgdnjbooecbimo, no Developer mode), or load the bundled unpacked copy at chrome://extensions (the plugin opens that page and puts the folder on the clipboard for you). Until then the tools fail loudly with those steps. On Windows the registration goes into the registry (for Chrome and Edge) and the host talks over a named pipe. A daily CI run on GitHub's macOS, Windows and Linux machines installs the plugin, loads the extension into a real Chrome and reads a page through the browser_* tools.

Read-only semantic retrieval for meow-memory: a local bge-m3 vector index over memory entries and conversation turns, a knowledge graph, and verbatim turn recall. Never writes back to the memory store; requires meow-memory.

Drives a locally installed Moli headless browser from DeepSeek Harness: rendered fetch, JavaScript evaluation, Markdown, semantic trees, screenshots and PDFs. A CSS selector returns one container rather than the whole page (measured 40-80x fewer tokens on listing pages) and scroll triggers lazy loading. Installs Moli when it is missing; verified with a real engine on Windows, Linux and macOS.
