Per-project memory for DeepSeek Harness. Three Markdown files per workspace — PROJECT.md, DECISIONS.md and SESSIONS.md — are auto-created on the first step of any session in that workspace, re-read from disk and re-injected only when they change (and re-injected if compaction dropped them), and written back by classification through a memory_checkpoint tool, with a bounded end-of-turn nudge when a turn did work but recorded nothing. memory_read and memory_search read the live log and the archive, the latter over a zero-dependency BM25 index. The session log is capped at 200 entries with the overflow moved to SESSIONS-archive.md — never injected, but visible, readable and searchable, and restorable one entry at a time. Settings page: a workspace list with a path filter, read-only tabs for the three memory files plus the archive, reload, export/import of one workspace's memory as a JSON bundle, a two-step clear, a panel that rewrites or removes the AGENTS.md instruction block, and a PROJECT.md staleness reminder. A composer status chip shows that workspace's sync state and creates the files on click. Zero dependencies — no vector store, no embeddings, and no model calls.

Feeds every dsh prompt into the local agent-feedback-loop feedback-memory pipeline — captures dissatisfaction, reviews it offline into reflections, and attaches the compiled recurrence-rule context back to the turn, never blocking a prompt. Requires the agent-feedback-loop runtime; running agent-feedback-loop install afterwards wires existing dsh profiles automatically.

SQLite memory entries, a calendar with due-time reminders, and cron-scheduled agent tasks, with 13 model tools and a bilingual zh/en UI.

Session management: auto-archives stale sessions on a configurable threshold, with an archive panel, unarchive, and recycle-bin deletion with restore.

Same-origin in mechanism with the two loudest lines in context compression. The code-skeleton gate follows the skeletonization approach of Headroom (Apache-2.0), whose published headline is 20% fewer tokens for coding agents and 60–95% fewer tokens for JSON, same answers. The estimator channel follows TokenPilot (arXiv:2606.17016), which reports up to 60% lower cost for long-session agents. Both figures are theirs, quoted as-is; this plugin ships no benchmark of its own and claims no reduction of its own. What it adds for DeepSeek Harness: choose a compression profile, set the Auto Compact trigger level and toggle code-skeleton compression from one settings section, with exact DeepSeek V4 tokenizer measurement, same-revision count verification, and fail-open behaviour that keeps the original tool results on unsupported models.

Model capability editor: edit each model reasoning-effort levels and image-input (multimodal) declarations inline in the official model page, written back to settings.yaml as a whole group, with a floating entry as fallback when the anchor breaks.

Session-affinity routing for LLM gateways: injects the session ID into every request sent to NewApi-style gateways so the gateway can pin requests per session and raise prompt-cache hits; takes over the official pi-ai routing on install and restores it on uninstall.

Multi-platform LLM balance and quota panel: configure DeepSeek, OpenRouter, Kimi, Zhipu GLM, MiniMax, NewApi or custom endpoints, poll on a schedule, draw balance and quota trend charts, and push threshold and window-reset notices through multiple channels.

Session usage statistics panel: token and request stats at day/hour/minute granularity, an activity heatmap, bottom-bar session info takeover with per-turn cost chips, and cost estimation under multi-condition time-segmented pricing. Re-implemented from HaoyueQin/dsh-usage-statistics-panel with extensions.

Auto-expands streaming thinking: always keeps the latest thinking block expanded, manual actions take priority, only the last block expands when opening a session, and nothing remains after uninstall.

Section icons for the settings navigation: replaces the uniform gear icons with per-section glyphs and fills the plugin-market card avatar slot with each plugin icon; a page reload after uninstall restores the official icons.

Conversation enhancements: a history-input overlay (Alt+Up with workspace/session/global/prompt scopes), recall of unapplied interjected messages, conversation forking with fork-family version switching, and optional auto-resend after forking (off by default).

Turns a plain-browser DSH session into the WhaleHarbor lite client: a standalone browser --app window with a client-style top bar and task notifications, while the full desktop installer downloads in the background (multi-source, SHA-256 verified) and an install prompt appears when ready.

Team knowledge base for offline knowledge sharing (FDE box scenario): browse, full-text search and refinement entry points; raw material is queued automatically and distilled into wiki pages by a serial bot session (Karpathy LLM Wiki pattern: immutable raw, two-step refinement, log stream, monthly lint).

Proxies the loopback-only dsh web onto a LAN port so phones and other machines can reach it, with an optional access password that browsers type in and the bundled Android client unlocks with biometrics. Adds a LAN-access settings page with QR codes, inlines dsh-web-mobile (MIT, attribution kept) for the mobile layout, and the Android client in the same repository adds finish/approval notifications, voice input and a home-screen widget.

Session instruction anchor for DeepSeek Harness: the first step of a new session injects a freely composed instruction block as a plugin-sourced message, and it is re-anchored after a summarizing compaction, every N turns, or when metered context pressure crosses a threshold. An /anchor command re-anchors on demand without a model call; a settings page manages the paged preset library, injection order, re-anchor source and character limits.

Adds a 3D model library in its own conversation tab, where agents store models built from CadQuery scripts or supplied as tessellated meshes; the library previews them with three-cad-viewer, organises them into folders and exports them to 10 formats including STEP, BREP, STL and DXF.

Adds a restart row to Settings → General that relaunches dsh web with the same invocation through a detached helper, refuses under a detected systemd supervisor unless allowRestart is true, and tests whether the listening port is free by connecting to it rather than binding it.

SiYuan (思源笔记) notes integration: 17 siyuan_* host tools covering notebook and document listing, full-text search, SQL query, reading documents and blocks, creating and appending content, moving and renaming documents, daily notes and block attributes, plus a Web settings page for the SiYuan URL, API token and per-tool switches.

A file-view enhancement plugin that extends the official DSH sidebar, providing source view, in-place editing, line number display, search, and font zoom.
