Windows-only: per-session auto-shutdown switch in the session header — once every armed session has no turn, job or subagent still running (by default every other live session must be idle too), a two-minute countdown starts and the machine powers off; clicking the countdown cancels it, and sessions without the switch never start one.

Real-time speech-to-text inside the DeepSeek Harness composer: a live transcript while you speak, inserted at the caret when you stop, with a microphone picker. Local sherpa-onnx inference, so audio never leaves the machine.

Adds an ego-webqa MCP server that audits deployed pages across the mobile viewport matrix and returns structured repair evidence; needs uv/uvx on PATH and a Playwright Chromium headless runtime on the same machine.

Windows only (binds user32.dll via koffi; inert on macOS/Linux). Remembers the DeepSeek Harness main window's size AND position: restores both on every launch (re-asserted during a grace period to beat the default layout), saves stable manual moves/resizes as the new lock, never records minimized/maximized/fullscreen states, never adopts the default rect DSH itself places the window at (so the app's own layout resets can never poison the lock), and stays on-screen when monitors change. Compatible with DSH 0.2.1-rc.3+.

Local document library for DSH Desktop (Windows only, installed with the bundled PowerShell script): upload files once, then every conversation can search and read them through four tools (library_list / library_search / library_read / library_save); upload, download and batch download live in the Settings panel. Files stay on the machine unless you enable the optional vision model, which sends images to the endpoint you configure.

Care engine for DeepSeek Harness: teaches the assistant to actually care about one person, with weather as its first source — feels-like temperature and humidity, clothing/umbrella advice, a daily care push (switchable, follows the user routine), extreme-weather alerts and reminders. Reminders and alerts are evaluated when the agent wakes; a host such as qq-bridge can wake it on schedule. Preferences stay on the local machine.

Runs the locally installed ZCode CLI as a `zcode` model route in DSH: all traffic is signed by the official binary, the plugin never sends its own request, forges client requests or sends credentials off the machine (the plan token is decrypted in memory only to hand back to the official CLI), no API key is needed, and both a paid one-shot and a free app-server channel are supported. Since v0.3.0 it ships an HTTP MCP bridge so tool calls run through the DSH approval surface. Backed by a contract document and a node --test gate.

A personal usage profile page in the DSH sidebar. Cumulative tokens drawn as an input / output / cache-hit donut, today's tokens, longest task time, active-day streaks, a 12-month activity heatmap with daily / weekly / cumulative scopes, a time-based bar chart that splits tokens by model (Flash / Pro), and a per-provider billing breakdown for today or all time. Everything is folded from this machine's own session logs through ctx.sessionQuery. The only outbound request is a six-hourly read of this package's own version from the npm registry, used by the in-panel update button — no telemetry, no credentials, nothing uploaded.

The menu bar app itself is a separate AppKit build from the repo's app/ directory (swift build -c release on macOS); the plugin only provides the host bridge.

Adds a button left of the built-in Open In... in the session header that opens the current workspace directory in VS Code, fixing the desktop ELECTRON_RUN_AS_NODE environment leak that makes the built-in open-in-app fail with HTTP 502. Windows only: it locates Code.exe, so macOS and Linux are not supported yet.

macOS always-on-top desktop pet for DSH Desktop: a bundled DeepSeek whale sprite with Codex-compatible skins; install many pets from codex-pets.net or import from local Codex in Settings; a recent-session ball; right-click New Session and a configurable global shortcut (default Command+Option+N) for a new-session ask box.

Checks enabled plugins for newer versions at startup, lists them in a corner card and upgrades them all with one click, reporting per-plugin success or failure; resolves the bundled dsh CLI on macOS, Windows and Linux instead of assuming a Windows executable.

Sidebar status chip that follows the visible session and shows local or remote with machine name, plus hover diagnostics; never modifies workspace titles.

Device-pairing gateway for DeepSeek Harness: by default it listens on 127.0.0.1:3443 over plain HTTP and reverse-proxies the local dsh at http://127.0.0.1:3080, so a loopback-only install works without any certificate. Production, cross-machine and app pairing require TLS: configure tlsCert/tlsKey plus an https publicUrl (self-signed is fine). A fronting Caddy/Nginx may terminate the public TLS, but the gate itself still needs tlsCert/tlsKey and the proxy must connect back over HTTPS. Features TOTP-authorised QR device pairing, username/password login, sliding sessions with absolute caps, device revocation, a WebUI admin panel and audit log, and a reverse proxy with WebSocket tunnelling. First-run setup is completed in the WebUI wizard. Tests: 171/171 unit tests, 29-step e2e.

Host plugin for the macOS menu bar companion: live DeepSeek Harness session state, Approve/Deny for tool approvals, stop the current turn, open the exact session. The native app is a free universal build in GitHub Releases.

(UI enhancement) Frosted-glass background for the whole app: one slider blends from a genuinely blurred, milky frost to a fully transparent page, and every region, control and expanded page moves as a single sheet painted on body::before; the settings page has its own independent slider, and an optional whale particle overlay reacts to the pointer. Best in the desktop app, where the whole window becomes transparent and reveals your own wallpaper; in a browser the plugin paints its own dark backdrop instead. Compatibility: DSH < 0.2.1-rc.5 — from 0.2.1-rc.5 the Windows desktop window is no longer transparent, so this build renders a black backdrop there; the web build and macOS are unaffected.

An animated macOS desktop companion for DeepSeek Harness that follows work across chats, reacts to approvals and errors, takes snack breaks during long runs and naps when idle. Requires a separate shell app.

Connects DSH and VS Code for a Claude Code for VS Code style experience, continuing the same workspace and conversation right inside VS Code: install the DSH Coding Agent extension and the plugin discovers and connects automatically on the same Windows machine, or connect manually elsewhere by pasting the copied connection address.

Exports selected DSH plugins as one pasteable share code, applies the delta on another machine, and reports which credentials still need configuring.

Desktop notifications and an app-icon unread badge for DeepSeek Harness. A banner fires when a turn finishes, when an approval, question or plan confirmation is waiting, and when a turn fails; the badge shows how many sessions need you and clears once viewed, and clicking a banner switches to that session. Follows the DSH interface language, subagent sessions stay quiet by default, titles and body length are configurable, and a loopback HTTP interface lets scripts and other tools post notifications.

Sync DSH user-level assets (skills, plugin manifest, config, memory) across machines with one-click restore, automatic plugin reinstall and secret scanning.

PDF translation for DeepSeek Harness through a yiyide.cc connector account: 12 tools covering authorization, upload with page-level pre-flight, a three-page preview, quote, a confirmation that freezes translation points, job polling, quality confirmation, and download of the translated or bilingual PDF to the local machine.

Local English-to-Chinese simultaneous interpretation: on-device Qwen3-ASR bilingual captions with automatic language detection, crash-safe meeting records with minutes, and Obsidian export.

Attaches the current Chrome tab to a DSH draft: one pick screenshots the page (falling back to a macOS window shot) and writes its title and URL into the composer as one line.
