Structured git tools for DeepSeek Harness agents: status, diff, log, branch, commit and stash. Output is pinned with ten `git -c` overrides so a user pager, colour or quotepath setting cannot reshape what the agent reads; every invocation is an argv array, so no shell ever parses an argument; and the mutating actions go through the harness approval service, refusing rather than proceeding when no approval service is mounted.

Workspace checkpoints per tool call: records every file mutation inside the workspace (excluding .git and node_modules by default), including changes made by shell commands rather than by write/edit, and stores the previous content of each changed path in a content-addressed store kept outside the workspace. Restores have two modes — undo one record, or return to a point in time — with a line-level diff preview, a dry run by default, and a rescue record written before every restore so the restore itself can be undone.

Version-control workbench for the DSH Web sidebar: local changes grouped by type, per-file and multi-file staging, preview-confirmed commit / update / push, and a failure dialog that shows the raw Git output instead of a four-second toast.

Compact Git status line for DSH Web: the current branch, staged and unstaged line changes, ahead/behind commit counts against upstream, and a clean-worktree marker — placeable in the sidebar footer, the session header, or above/below the composer, with the position switched on the settings page.

PDF electronic signing: generate a handwritten-style signature image, stamp images and typed blocks onto PDF pages, and apply a PKCS#7/CMS digital signature with a PKCS#12 certificate you supply. Stamping first keys an opaque background out to transparency - un-compositing each pixel so the ink keeps its original colour - and trims to the ink, so a seal stamped over a signature does not erase it.

Engineering work-tools for DeepSeek Harness: registers two model-facing Host Tools — a scoped `git` runner, and a package-manager runner (`dev`) that detects npm/pnpm/yarn/bun from the workspace lockfile and picks the right verb per manager. Both run through dsh's sandboxed shell and return structured stdout/stderr/exitCode, so the agent gets focused, reviewable results instead of raw bash, and adding another tool is a copy-paste of one register block.
