Let DSH speak: every reply is rewritten into natural spoken language before being read aloud, with code, tables, and Markdown handled gracefully. Works out of the box with system TTS; Doubao (third-party API) adds dialects and expressive voices; the local Kokoro engine runs offline to keep content on your device. Supports both DSH desktop and dsh web. Optional session sounds tell you when the agent is working, finished, or waiting for your answer — with swappable built-in tones and support for your own audio.

One MCP tool surface over two Windows desktop-automation backends (dsh-computer-use-win and windows-mcp). Both must be installed first: dsh-computer-use-win as a DSH plugin, windows-mcp via uv tool install windows-mcp --python 3.14, then run the bundled scripts/patch-backend.mjs once (it rewrites the local windows-mcp source; without it screenshot/read_webpage/launch_app fail) and disable the standalone wincu mount. It merges their 44 tools into 29 by dropping 10 duplicates, 4 dangerous ones (PowerShell, Registry, FileSystem, Process) and 1 tool-management entry, and blocks dangerous calls before forwarding through a reversibility-graded guard.

Persona and memory from a single AGENT.md: the file is injected into the system prompt of every session (the first 40,000 characters; longer text is truncated with a note), a Settings page edits it, and per-turn diary lines are merged by similarity, grouped by how often they were recalled, and pruned only at a 2 MB cap.

Writes one short line into the system prompt only when a stress, energy or reward value crosses a threshold; the values rise on real session events and decay over time.

Adds a mood system to DeepSeek Harness — 33 named moods judged every 3-6 hours with small per-message adjustments, plus cross-session memory, an aesthetic taste library and an encrypted diary. The mood, memory, taste and diary tools are all callable by the model, and each of the five modules has its own switch. The diary is written only by the model; no summary template is generated. A trimmed fork of JMX-4869/dsh-mood; install either this or upstream dsh-mood, not both, because both register the same mood/diary/taste/memory tool names.

Replaces the summarizing context compactor with a handoff note the model writes itself and a fresh window that keeps only the system prompt, the note, and the current turn.

Prompt enhancement for the DSH Web GUI composer: pick a style before generating (logic-only, structured, or concise), or supply or clear a custom system prompt in settings; a sparkle button or Shift+Tab rewrites the current draft through the harness model, streams the result into an inline preview (original vs enhanced) with a live thinking timer, fills it back with one click, keeps an undo bar, and offers settings for model route, temperature, length limits, context awareness, undo-bar behavior and shortcuts.

Reads each reply aloud after rewriting it into spoken style: system TTS, Doubao speech synthesis, or an optional local Kokoro model.

Composer infinity switch: while the highest reasoning effort is selected, one click appends a configurable notice to the system prompt.

Local-only cross-session memory for DSH with tools, system-prompt injection, and a Settings page.

Cursor system prompt reverse-engineered from Cursor.app, exposed as a selectable 'cursor' agent preset for DeepSeek Harness.

Redraw the left-hand workspace sidebar to add color highlighting, sorting, status indicators, and system notifications. You can also switch back to the original sidebar, which likewise implements some of these features.

Message hub for DeepSeek Harness. Collectors for system health, weather, IMAP mail and market events feed configurable severity rules (critical wakes you, warn batches, info is only logged), and the surviving events are handed to the agent. Collectors run in-process, so nothing dies silently in a stray daemon. The weather collector is on by default and sends your IP to ip-api.com over plain HTTP unless a city is configured.

Task timing for DSH agents: a task_clock tool that measures elapsed time on the host monotonic clock, resumes across DSH or system restarts with the gap estimated, and returns unknown rather than inventing a number; it does not touch presets.

Adds a long-term memory box to the DSH Settings page. The saved text is injected into the system prompt of every new session and is kept in the profile patch, so it can be edited again at any time.

Per-conversation system prompt, turn-based context folding, sampling overrides and a low-token pure chat mode for DeepSeek Harness.

Four-tier prompt enhancer for the composer — the system tier always emits a LangGPT-structured system prompt (# Role / Profile / Skills / Rules / Workflows / Initialization), upgrading task drafts into the system prompt of the agent that runs them, while the other tiers rewrite as a light tidy-up, a single paragraph, or a five-section brief; the iterate workbench refines an editable base under an optional requirement, with fill-back and undo. Never changes intent, never invents requirements.

Opens chat.deepseek.com inside DSH Desktop from a conversation view tab (next to Chat / Trajectory / Context, scoped to the open conversation) and from a left-rail globe button — all entries share one embedded page, so switching between them never reloads it. Keeps you signed in across restarts by replaying a localStorage plus readable-cookie snapshot before the page's own scripts run, strips only the Electron/<version> token from the user agent, and keeps navigation inside deepseek.com while sending everything else to the system browser. Pure client code: no host-side script, no file access, no credential service, no server route.

Live persona switcher for DeepSeek Harness: drop-in personas under $DSH_HOME/personas, switch with /persona <name> or the persona_switch tool, no restart.

Agent persona: gives DSH one global persona (name, language, persona prompt) that every new session carries at the front of its system prompt, plus a long-term memory you grow from any chat in one click; three built-in presets ship with it, and a Big fat fish persona is active right after install; chat sessions can also be deleted from the sidebar row menu.

Configure a global system-prompt section with a multiline editor, an enable toggle, and persistent storage that preserves the original text.

A gold switch beside the composer that raises every model request to the strongest reasoning effort the current model declares and to its default max output tokens, and adds a system-prompt section asking for exhaustive, self-checked work.
