Multi-instance ComfyUI orchestration: probes every configured ComfyUI endpoint for its GPU, free VRAM and queue depth, then dispatches a generation job to the idlest eligible instance. Ships three tools (comfyui_farm_status, comfyui_farm_pick, comfyui_farm_run). An instance is eligible only if it is reachable, has at least the requested free VRAM, and its queue is no deeper than the configured ceiling; eligible instances are ranked by free VRAM minus queue depth times a weight, so an idle shallow queue wins over a busy large one. Zero runtime dependencies. Optional retry on probe failure, because a single timeout across an SSH tunnel is not proof that an instance is down.

Workspace checkpoints per tool call: records every file mutation inside the workspace (excluding .git and node_modules by default), including changes made by shell commands rather than by write/edit, and stores the previous content of each changed path in a content-addressed store kept outside the workspace. Restores have two modes — undo one record, or return to a point in time — with a line-level diff preview, a dry run by default, and a rescue record written before every restore so the restore itself can be undone.

Rapid-refill circuit breaker for DeepSeek Harness automatic compaction. It refuses a compaction that would be futile — the context refilled within fewer than N tool turns M times in a row, which the unbounded step-pressure trigger cannot detect — and instead of burning a summarization call on every step it reports the situation with advice, usually that a single read or tool output was too large. Shows state and re-arms through /compaction-breaker, and injects one prompt section so the model relays it to the user. Covers host-plane sessions through its profile bundle; ordinary sessions need one row replaced inside an agent preset.

Persona engine for DeepSeek Harness: one config.json drives the AI's self-name (per model, per tier), how it addresses you, relationship stance, character text, per-item work contracts with individual toggles, thinking-chain language, appearance and reply tone (both opt-in and per-model overridable), and long-term memory gated by human confirmation - the AI can only append proposed candidates, a human confirm line flips them into effect, and the log is physically append-only and replayable. Confirmed entries are injected as a quoted data-not-instructions block; entries tagged with a kind can instead be routed to arbitrary files on confirmation and never reach the prompt. Three prompt sections re-evaluate from disk on every assembly, so edits apply on the next step with no restart. Persona presets are shareable JSON snapshots (imports and exports SillyTavern character cards, v2/v3 read, v2 written) and deliberately never carry memory. Zero runtime dependencies, no network, no shell; any error degrades to an empty section rather than a broken session. Ships blank - installing changes nothing until you write something.

Usage and cost view for DeepSeek Harness: aggregates real token usage from existing session logs, locks each cost at the price of its event time, and shows month and today spend against a budget from a sidebar card or an input-bar pill.

Conversation outline panel for the DSH web surface: user questions as root nodes (index, time, tool count and text volume per turn) with the Markdown headings of assistant replies hanging beneath them, plus level slider, search scope, bookmarks, copy and export as Markdown, section jump, keyboard navigation, a right-edge density rail and per-session reading-position memory. Read-only UI: it never touches prompts, tool results or provider traffic, and writes nothing outside its own localStorage keys.

Speaks your agent's reports in a voice you choose, compressing long reports before speaking. Character voices need no training - a 3-10 second reference clip clones one, and community-trained models work too - and no 6.4 GB GPT-SoVITS install: the plugin installs its own runtime and voice. Hard stop for runaway turns: blocks repeated identical tool calls and ends the turn when per-turn step or time budgets are exceeded.

Zen Mode view tab and foreground time tracker for DeepSeek Harness: while the agent works, a calm conversation view shows running/done status, your latest user message, live activity hints and the final AI reply in markdown with one-line turn stats, plus screen-watching (focus) time tracking with daily/weekly Zen scores, a chat-hide toggle that hides tool calls and reasoning rows, auto enter/exit Zen on task start/complete, an Alt+Z shortcut and a Zen settings panel — pure client-side, stored in localStorage, no network.

End-of-chat visual storyboard: a storyboard tool renders a self-contained HTML card (inline SVG diagram, numbered flow, facts grid, timeline) from a JSON spec, writes it under ~/.dsh/storyboard/<session>/ and opens it in the sidebar; a system-prompt section and a /storyboard command trigger generation. Consistency guard for long-form writing: scans conversation prose for character, timeline and numeric setting conflicts across chapters, then jumps straight to the conflicting message.

Adds a Restart page to the DSH Web settings panel. The page shows the PID, port, start time and uptime of the running host and restarts it through a detached helper that waits until the port stops answering before replaying the same launch invocation; the page reloads itself once the replacement host answers with a new boot id.

Live progress bar under the composer with a percentage and an estimated time left for the current DeepSeek Harness turn; the estimate re-anchors as the turn runs and never reads 100% until the turn ends, and the bar turns red when the turn fails or is interrupted.

A continuation of simon300000/dsh-auto: the Auto Approve permission preset for the DSH Web UI reviews each approval with one single-shot model call instead of a reviewer subagent, auto-approves only the actions that pass and hands the rest to human approval, and remembers confirmed decisions as project- and global-scope allow/deny lists, with an approval timeline in the right sidebar.
