Adds a Speed setting (Standard, Fast, Ultrafast) for OpenAI and Codex models on a patched dsh build: the pinned dsh 0.2.1-alpha.2 web client needs the Model / Effort child-slot patch, the host pi-ai must be 0.87.1 or 1.1.0 (other versions refuse to load), and the terminal controls need a patched dsh-TUI. Then it appears in the Model / Effort menu; in dst /speed opens a picker or sets the speed directly, and the current speed shows in the bottom bar. The choice is kept per session, provider and model and is sent as the request service tier.

Replaces the DSH sidebar list with a workspace rail: pinned chats and folders, projects that are folders with their own AGENTS.md and files, a virtualized Recents list ordered by the last finished turn, a project_search tool, unread markers, a collapsed icon column with an unread count and a live browser tab title.

Keeps a DSH agent turn open when the model ends it by narrating work it has not done: on agent/turn-stopping the guard replays the turn log and classifies the trailing message with regexes — in the default mode wait / ask / done / gray end the turn with no model call, and only a promise of pending work reaches the judge — then has a judge chain of four dialect kinds (System One three-question noul, OpenAI-compatible, OpenAI Decisions, or the session LLM) rule on whether the turn is really over, and steers the same turn with agent.steer when it is not.

Left-sidebar Skills panel for the DSH web client: lists the skills of the current DSH instance, pins favourites, and inserts /skill-name into the composer.

Changes and pins the shared default model — new conversations, restarts and switching models inside a chat no longer rewrite it.

Phone-portrait layout shell for the DSH Web UI: the sidebar becomes an off-canvas drawer opened by swiping from the left, a persistent 56px action bar sits under the composer, and the settings panel plus the model and permission pickers are reflowed for touch. Ships native, merged and floating layout presets, all scoped to html\[data-dshm-mode="mobile"], so desktop, tablet and landscape keep the stock layout.

Keyboard-driven quick switching for DSH — model palette with colored provider tags, suffix tags and pins, a two-column session palette with per-question prompt preview and archived-session restore, recency-ordered session cycling, find-next-answered jump, composer focus, and configurable permission cycling, managed from a sidebar control panel.

Rewrite the last turn of a DeepSeek Harness session in place: edit a cancelled or failed prompt and resend it, keeping the files it already wrote.

Persistent pwsh session tool (pwsh_run) for DeepSeek Harness: run PowerShell scripts with zero escaping, no 32K command-line cap, and state that survives across calls.

A small bead-art game in the DSH Web right sidebar for the wait while the model replies: 12 built-in templates with guide beads, free drawing in 16 colors on 12/16/24 boards, a pattern drawn by the model from one sentence, on-device picture-to-pattern conversion (pictures are never uploaded), ironing finished pieces onto a wall of up to 60 works, and PNG export.

Local meme-sticker library: import from a file, a folder or the agent tool, tag images in a review queue you confirm yourself, group them, then let the agent search and send by mood. A design descendant of Loping151/dsh-nekowhale-stickers (no shared code; its sticker_* tool names differ, so the two can be installed side by side).

Typing effects, companions and sounds for DSH: theme presets with pets or whale, combos, fullscreen glow and optional key sounds.

In-app browser for DSH: a dedicated Chromium rooted at a persistent profile so a Feishu or SSO login survives restarts, driven over CDP, exposing seven agent tools (status, open, eval, read, feishu, screenshot, tabs) and mirroring the page live in a right-sidebar panel that tool calls open by themselves. Also converts Feishu documents to Markdown by sweeping their virtual scroll. Requires a locally installed Chrome, Edge, Chromium, or a Playwright Chromium build (it never downloads one); set DSH_IAB_CHROME to point at a specific binary.

Team shared knowledge base: one member runs a zero-dependency Hub, everyone else installs this plugin and joins with one invite code. Uploads are filed into ten categories with a summary, confidence and points; 15 agent tools let members upload, search, recall, comment and read them. Important items are pinned with a hand-written recommendation until the member has read them, and each account also gets a private local library, collections, a weekly digest and version diffs.

Rejects foreground waiting in DSH agents: waiting commands (sleep, wait, tail -f, watch, ping without -c, infinite loops), blocking wait tools (wait_agent, job_output with wait: true), progress polling (the same check command repeated within a window) and commands that need human input/confirmation (sudo without -n, ssh without BatchMode, login flows, interactive editors, docker -it) are refused with an actionable retry to run in the background or end the turn. Configurable budget and polling window, message language follows the system (zh/en), zero runtime dependencies.

Agent memory with a forgetting curve: entries gain weight when mentioned, shrink when forgotten, and pinned entries never decay. Six tools and a settings panel.

Cross-session long-term memory for DeepSeek Harness: pinned rules injected every turn, the rest recalled by IDF-weighted keyword evidence, fact-key dedup, plain JSON storage, and a settings page to edit or delete entries.

Lists Claude Code and Codex sessions in the DSH Workspace browser, where they can be opened, continued, pinned, renamed and archived, with terminal, file and git tabs.

Sidebar session management for DeepSeek Harness: workspace groups sorted by latest activity, history folded behind one control, a global pinned section, running/unread/follow-up marks, delete into a restorable trash whose panel also manages archived sessions, per-session token statistics split by tool (arguments vs results), moving a session to another workspace, and a scan that re-attaches sessions missing from every workspace.

Bing daily wallpaper as the app background: auto-refresh every day, pin any of the last 30 days.

Fold the DSH left sidebar's plugin entries into a single 「插件列表」 row with grouping and custom ordering, giving vertical space back to the workspace and session list; expanding restores the full entry list.

Zero-friction quick ask for DSH: select text in chat, Markdown/code, rendered HTML reports, or the better-sidebar editor. The default answer starts automatically (English prose is translated, a term is explained, a question is answered); typing cancels it. Answers stream from a one-shot completion on the main window's model, inherit a read-only conversation snapshot, read the selected file as context (up to 20,000 characters by default), and never write to the main session. One-line install; host routes, client slots, document renderers and the iframe selection bridge are separable extension points.

Snipping tool for the composer: freeze the screen, drag a region, annotate it, and drop the result into the message box. Windows only; the selector is a bundled WinForms binary (rebuilt from the included C# source if missing) and uses the built-in .NET Framework 4.x.
