Adds Russian as a native option in Settings - General - Language for DeepSeek Harness, covering both the core UI and companion plugins. Localized Markdown export, in-message translation, live typography, slash-command aliases and an Alt+L layout fix, plus a settings card, all applied through a runtime locale snapshot rather than by modifying core files.

Lists the Markdown documents, images and video that already exist anywhere in the session workspace in the DSH sidebar, ranked by relevance to the current conversation: recent messages are matched locally against document title, summary and body with IDF weighting, with no model calls and no network. Because the list is scanned from the workspace instead of remembered, restarting DSH or starting a new session does not empty it. Images and video preview in place, with relative-path images resolved and video streamed over HTTP Range. A references bar under the preview header shows which documents cite the one being previewed and which it cites, with one click to jump between them. The same ranking is exposed to the agent as a knit_docs tool, which returns the most relevant documents along with the passage that matched in each, where one is found.

Bridge Claude Code's .claude/ directories into DSH with zero migration: project and user-level skills, commands, rules (one system-reminder envelope), agent files, hooks (PreToolUse/PostToolUse/UserPromptSubmit/ SessionStart/SessionEnd) and .mcp.json servers, plus Claude Code plugin marketplaces. Ships /cc-plugin for full plugin/marketplace management (claude CLI first, self-implemented fallback), /cc-resume to list and import Claude Code sessions into DSH as native event-sourced logs, and /cc-export to write DSH skills back as Claude Code skills. Two-way Claude Code <-> DSH bridge, versioned and released as dsh-claude-compat.

Smart Charts skill: turns CSV/TSV/TXT/XLSX/XLS/JSON data files into standalone interactive ECharts HTML - 32 chart types including offline maps, 3 themes, no CDN. A --profile data profile (per-column dtype, cardinality, missingness, samples, statistics, entity grain, insight signals) lets the agent read the data and pick the chart itself; each chart embeds a fact sheet (plot_stats + data_preview) whose numbers are the only quotable values. LLM transform code runs in a restricted sandbox (blacklist + AST whitelist + safe builtins); --doctor self-checks the Python environment. Fully offline, ECharts bundled.

File encoding guard: byte-exact read/write/edit for GBK, Big5, Shift-JIS, EUC-KR, Windows-125x, UTF-16 and UTF-32 files, so editing a legacy file leaves it in its original encoding instead of silently rewriting it as UTF-8; UTF-8 BOM preserved exactly as it was, line endings (CRLF/LF/CR) kept, characters the encoding cannot represent refused rather than written as "?", and non-UTF-8 files listed with candidate encodings so the model can re-read them explicitly.
