Conversation outline for DeepSeek Harness: the Markdown headings of the whole session, grouped by turn, in a side panel or a full-width curtain; hover previews can be pinned for comparison, bookmarks keep the places you come back to, and a right-click jumps to a section or copies a heading and the levels below it. Archives DSH conversation output into SiYuan notes: a single siyuan_archive call files content under `<archive path>/<year-month>/<type>/<date>_<time>_<topic>_<content>` with a metadata table and auto-maintains an index document at the notebook root; 6 siyuan_* host tools (list notebooks, full-text search, read document, archive, delete block, remove document) and a Web settings page for base URL with connection test, API token in the host credential store, archive target and title template, plus notebook/document-level read/write/delete permissions with default deny and child levels able to only tighten.

A floating in-conversation find bar docked over the DSH composer (Ctrl/⌘+F or the magnifier beside the input): hits list with a match counter as you type, Enter jumps to the next hit, hovering a hit pops a scrollable full-text card with a one-click copy of the whole message, the up arrow in an empty composer recalls previously sent messages one at a time with their image and file attachments restored as drafts, hovering any image in the conversation shows a copy button that writes it to the clipboard as PNG, and every finished answer gains a regenerate button while the newest also gets continue. Client-side only, searches the messages already loaded in the conversation, and never jumps.

Memory that outlives the session, kept as plain daily log files: one markdown file per day plus a generated index the agent greps instead of re-reading. Registers the annals skill, injects the write-it-down rules into the system prompt, and exposes three tools — annals_init builds the log directory, the index generator and a separate Git repository in one call; annals_query full-text searches past entries and returns them with file and line anchors; annals_links resolves which entry cites which. Reminds the agent once per turn when it changed files but wrote no log that day, and once more when the log was updated but the index was not. Adds a settings page for the six switches.
