Lets build commands run inside the DSH sandbox instead of asking for elevation on every invocation: redirects pure caches (GOCACHE, NPM_CONFIG_CACHE, BUN_INSTALL_CACHE_DIR, PIP_CACHE_DIR) to a temp root, or grants the real cache directories write access in place so they stay shared with the terminal. Dependency stores (GOMODCACHE, CARGO_HOME) are never redirected, only granted. Adds optional user-directory grants (~/.config and friends, all off by default) and a command allowlist that matches exact strings or per-segment after splitting on &&, ||, ; and |, while rejecting redirects that write files (fd duplication like 2>&1 and /dev/null are allowed), command substitution and backgrounding outright. Settings are per-profile or per-session; file edits apply without a restart.

Unity-MCP bridge for DSH: dormant from boot, /unity-mcp-tools connects the Unity editor MCP server (com.ivanmurzak.unity.mcp) and registers the tools currently enabled on the Unity side; ships a per-plugin-version command catalog plus /unity-mcp-install and /unity-mcp-check, and re-fetches tools/list itself after a tool-set change because DSH sessions never receive list_changed.

Rejects foreground waiting in DSH agents: waiting commands (sleep, wait, tail -f, watch, ping without -c, infinite loops), blocking wait tools (wait_agent, job_output with wait: true), progress polling (the same check command repeated within a window) and commands that need human input/confirmation (sudo without -n, ssh without BatchMode, login flows, interactive editors, docker -it) are refused with an actionable retry to run in the background or end the turn. Configurable budget and polling window, message language follows the system (zh/en), zero runtime dependencies.

Folds REA's 207 reverse-engineering tools (Ghidra / Hopper / IDA backends) into 3 commands plus 6 read-only domain entries: about 5 KB of resident tool text instead of 757 KB. Ships no engines; rea-agents, Ghidra 12.1.x and JDK 21 are installed separately.

Codebase knowledge graphs for DeepSeek Harness: seven graphify_* Agent tools, a /graphify command, and a Graphify page build and query a project graph locally with AST parsing (no API key), plus path/explain/god-node lookups and wiki/HTML/SVG/GraphML/Obsidian exports. Requires the graphify CLI (graphifyy); only full document/PDF/image extraction needs an LLM key.

Registers a `dispatch_task` tool that hands scoped or routine work to an isolated subagent, waits for it to finish, then checks the expected files and runs an optional verification command before returning a short report to the main conversation.

Siemens NX integration for dsh on Windows (requires a local Siemens NX install; tested only with NX 2512, and the FE tools need Simulation/Nastran licences): 71 tools that build and edit solids, surfaces, sketches, holes and tubes, run NX Nastran statics and modal studies, roll up assembly BOMs with pairwise clearance checks, and print A3 sheets with a real GB frame to PDF, all in a background NX session driven by JSON commands.

MCP management console for DeepSeek Harness — a left-sidebar page that lists every configured MCP server, trial-calls its tools in place, restarts a single row when its transport dies or never synced, and probes reachability. A fork of PerryLink/dsh-mcp-panel; do not install it alongside the upstream plugin — both register the /mcp command.

Watches the context budget of a DeepSeek Harness session: a colour dot in every turn footer (green <50%, yellow 50-65%, orange 65-80%, red >=80%) read from the official contextPressure projection, a reminder panel with a one-click new-session handoff at orange/red, the /context-watch and /handoff commands, and a static reasoning-rule prompt section. Budget and handoff read local session files only; the badge and reminder spend no tokens until the button is clicked.

Recovers a session the host already refused for exceeding the context window: it re-checks the gateway message the built-in classifier misses, takes the real window out of that message, and folds the oldest span into one checkpoint without a model call (tool-result pruning, the host compaction engine when it can shrink the projection, or a mechanical digest fold), then retries the failed step; a context_rescue tool and /rescue, /rescue-status expose the same path by hand.

Adds a /new slash command that opens a blank session in the current workspace (reusing an existing blank one when there is one) and carries the old session's permission preset and agent preset into it, so starting fresh never changes what the agent may do.

Sidebar panel management for DeepSeek Harness: a grouped Panels launcher collects global panel rows and third-party plugin entry rows into one searchable menu — the full panel inventory (pinned and unpinned, unpinned open via temporary-pin peek), collapsible group memory, in-menu search with keyboard navigation, and hover pin/top quick-actions. A Ctrl+K command palette mirrors the inventory with quick commands; a keyboard-reachable right-click context menu covers open/pin/top/keep-in-sidebar. Supports icon-only panel rows, top-pinning with drag-to-reorder, a compact footer with granular sub-toggles, and a Settings page with height sliders, a locale-safe whitelist, pin management, and settings export/import.
