Settings-UI editor that assigns per-teammate model and reasoning-effort rules for DSH native agent teams, resolved at spawn time by wrapping SubagentRuntime.startContinuable. No official files are modified.

Drive DSH from anything that speaks HTTP: 47 routes (REST + SSE) for workspaces, sessions (create/prompt, live SSE generation, history, stats, todos, cancel, ask-user Q&A), models and the global default model, providers, agent presets, settings namespaces, skills, and workspace files including resumable chunked upload — plus an OpenAI-compatible /chat/completions, a built-in OpenAPI 3.0 spec and an interactive request page. It only injects the host webServer and tools, so it rides on the DSH webserver (default prefix /api/v1) or its own port with optional API-key auth, and it ships a skill that teaches the DSH agent to call the API.

DSH plugin that registers the ai-eight-honors-eight-shames skill: eight checkable working rules for coding agents (verify before calling, confirm ambiguity, cite evidence, reuse before creating, test before claiming done, follow local conventions, separate fact from inference, keep changes reversible) plus a ninth rule that logs each user request and the change made in report files at the workspace root.

The built-in web_search bills a full model turn against DeepSeek's own endpoint; this runs it on an OpenRouter-compatible gateway instead, so search is billed where your chat already is, at the model and price you pick.

Registers the dsh-mol stdio MCP server, built on RDKit with no network access, into a DSH profile. It exposes 12 tools: three-level SMILES validation with human-readable diagnostics and character positions, molecular properties, drug-likeness and structural alerts, structure rendering to PNG/SVG, multi-molecule grids, format conversion (SMILES, InChI, InChIKey, MOL, SDF, formula), standardisation with a per-step change log, deduplication, SMARTS substructure matching, fingerprint similarity, and batch clean-up that reports every rejected row. The patch only registers the server; the tools live in this repository's Python package and must be installed first — the README gives a `pip install` route and a from-source route, and until the package is on PyPI the from-source one is what works.

Tree view of a DSH conversation: editing an old message forks the thread, every version lives in one tree while the sidebar keeps a single entry, branches can be renamed, and a branch can be promoted to a session of its own.

Adds a Session without workspace entry to the DSH Workspace picker, creates isolated date-organized directories, and keeps started sessions resumable under Ungrouped.

Replaces the reasoning-effort dropdown with a draggable snapping slider, and draws 13 canvas effects across five style families (thrust, fluid, fantasy, tech, texture) with three tiers that unlock as the effort level rises. Custom mode combines 10 particle forms with 8 flow trajectories; 9 accent presets and a hex picker recolor every effect, and optional key sounds cover two voice clips, a synthesized duck squeak, a mechanical click and a local audio file.

Select text in the DSH web UI to stream a translation and an explanation of what it means in that specific context, read against the conversation it came from; the panel keeps a replayable history and can be promoted into a full session.

On-demand skill tools for DeepSeek Harness: registers skill_search / skill_load / skill_ref so the model searches a staged skill library first and loads a skill body only when it needs it, keeping the library out of the resident session catalog and out of every turn's context; adds a Skills tab to the conversation view ring that reads back the whole session and lists which skills were actually loaded, and in which turn. Zero dependencies, and the records render client-side only, never entering the model's context.

Comet-mode animated caret for the DSH Web composer: a glowing trail glides to the text position, with configurable accent color, thickness, trail, and a 500 ms idle blink. Extends the surface to ask-question card inputs, and fixes the caret vanishing on an empty composer or first focus, forward drag-selection not following the pointer, soft line breaks measuring against the previous line, and the caret painting outside the composer when long input scrolls. Maintained fork of Lacquervii/smooth-cursor.

Task monitor plus remote chat for DeepSeek Harness. Read sessions, background jobs, subagents, goal rounds, workflows and pending approvals from a phone-friendly page, and talk to any session from it: streamed replies, tool-call progress, stop at any time, switch sessions and models. Also ships a GUI sidebar panel.

Blocks an agent from reading, searching, writing, or editing chosen files and directories, keeping their contents out of the conversation — including sensitive-word files whose text can make later provider requests fail with a 400. Rules are picked from a file/directory browser on the plugin page.

Filesystem permissions for shell calls, granted per path and capability rather than per command name. The command line is parsed for the read, write, create, delete and execute effects it needs, a capability it lacks raises the approval card instead of a flat refusal, and the same rules are compiled into the macOS Seatbelt profile the process, its children and the code its arguments never showed all run under. An Approvals tab in the conversation reads the audit log back and shows which rule, automatic reviewer or person answered each call.

Fronts stdio MCP servers with three router tools (list_capabilities, describe_tool, call_tool) so schemas load on demand instead of riding every request; shapes every tool result through a deterministic output ladder that archives the original first (retrieve_spill reads it back); prices tool groups in tokens and can hide built-in groups per agent. Bridges to a standard-library Python router, so Python 3.9+ is required.

One-line clock context for DeepSeek Harness: a Current time timestamp reading (weekday, date, time, UTC offset, IANA timezone) opens every conversation turn and a Turn ended reading closes it, so the model always knows the time, date and idle gap across turns without asking.

A native reasoning-effort control for the composer: a blue-to-violet tier bar with a starfield and a sheen sweep. It owns the model seat and drives the official model-directories service, so the ladder comes from each model's own reasoning declaration and no other plugin is required.

A dsh-better-sidebar tab that renders a session brief — a todo board read from the `todos` projection plus a deliverables section listing the files written this turn — and hides the official todo panel above the composer while it is mounted.
