Select a passage in a DSH conversation and read a plain-language explanation in a floating panel, which carries the surrounding message as the context. Three explanation depths (plain / general / pro) that re-explain on the spot when switched; optional web search and local file lookup (the model decides by default, and a button can force one lookup that reports only what is new); follow-up questions; and a button that hands the whole exchange to a new session in standby mode - the background is queued without waking the model or spending tokens. Settings live on the host in settings.json, and nothing is written until you press save. The repository also ships an OpenAI-compatible endpoint and a browser extension (source).

Reimplements the shut-down BSide: Olivia Lin letter API on loopback so the game client keeps sending and receiving letters: every incoming letter is delivered to one persistent DSH agent session, and the reply is written back to the local letter store.

Session-scoped delivery receipts for local artifacts: compare current file hashes with a recorded baseline, keep agent claims separate from explicit user acceptance, flag changed or unavailable files, and export a Markdown receipt through a tool, slash command, and conversation panel.

Notes workspace in the right sidebar: a notes tree beside a live-preview Markdown editor with tabs, split panes, outline and trash, over plain .md files and a thin per-workspace index. Agents organize it through one `knowledge` tool; `embed` fences render an interactive HTML page in a sandboxed iframe (scripts run, no network).

Shows a spinner on a sidebar workspace row while any of its sessions are running, and a short-lived finished mark after they stop.

Recovers broken DSH turns: widens the product's own retry budget and renders the wait as a live countdown inside the same step, keeps a truncated output alive inside the same turn, and can open an opt-in continuation round when a turn has already ended; while the composer is empty it hands the send button to that continuation.

Restarts the running DSH process from a model tool or a bottom-right GUI control, with launchd KeepAlive detection, a detached-supervisor fallback that aborts the exit when its handshake fails, a macOS desktop restart path, and JSONL restart records correlated by arm id, pid and profile so a restart stays distinguishable from unrelated log activity.

Cross-workspace worker fleets: one orchestrating session spawns named worker sessions in other project workspaces, queues or steers tasks into them, watches them in the background via a real host job, and collects their reports. Worker completions deliver themselves to the orchestrator's session rather than needing to be polled, so an idle orchestrator still reacts. Escalations and failed workers deliver by steer when the orchestrator is mid-turn and by queue when it is idle; a turn that ends without a report counts as a failure and the worker is replaced after a configurable limit. The roster persists to disk and each worker session carries a durable title, so a restart neither loses the fleet nor spawns duplicate sessions. Ships five agent presets at full plugin parity with the standard preset.

Delegates self-contained coding subtasks to the local Claude Code subscription through the official Agent SDK and returns the result to the host session. Nineteen per-call parameters control model, thinking effort, permission mode, allowed tools, turn count and budget cap; background jobs return a jobId immediately and stream incremental output; the result carries a session handle that can be passed back as resume to continue the same conversation; commands expected to run past ~20 seconds go through the built-in mcp__dsh__shell channel, which streams output line by line without consuming model context; a Claude Code monitor panel in the session lists jobs, renders the structured process, shows live output blocks and cancels a run; the delegation procedure ships as a runtime-registered skill, so installing the plugin installs the skill.

MDSM (Male DeepSeek Mascot) appearance layer for the DeepSeek Harness web GUI: wears the bundled mascot character as the GUI background (surface-token fade with opacity, blur, scrim and position controls), seats the matching square avatar as the sidebar and conversation brand mark, and edits it all from a Settings section; the host serves the artwork and config locally under /api/MDSM, and the config lives at $DSH_HOME/MDSM.json.

Live hotel and flight prices from Booking.com, Agoda, Trip.com, Traveloka and other booking sites, through the remote PriceWin MCP server (no account or API key), plus a travel-search skill. In the Web UI the results show as cards: hotel photo, rating, stay total and one linked price per site; flights with times, stops and each site's fare. Search details are sent to mcp.price.win.

One-click TokenDance gateway access for DeepSeek Harness: OAuth sign-in stores the API key, a live model catalog with per-model visibility, and agent tools for chat, image generation, video generation and typed decisions.

Bring a DSH plugin repository's build and release pipeline into the app: a sidebar panel listing each repository's latest workflow run, its releases, and how far the local checkout has drifted from the last release, with buttons to trigger a build, cut a release, publish a draft, re-run, cancel, or read the failed-step log. A focus cycle of 30-90 minutes ends in a centered overlay plus a triple chime that gets you up to walk and drink; the later button answers with one real sourced case about prolonged sitting and one about dehydration (built-in library of 17 entries, each with publisher, date and a link to the original); stopping produces a session report with worked time, completed rounds, successful interruptions, snoozes, suggested drinks and a good/mid/bad grade. The cat can be dragged anywhere with its position remembered and loops one animation per state. The timer and the ledger live in the host half, so a page refresh never loses a cycle; it only reminds while a DSH page is open.
