Compact Git status line for DSH Web: the current branch, staged and unstaged line changes, ahead/behind commit counts against upstream, and a clean-worktree marker — placeable in the sidebar footer, the session header, or above/below the composer, with the position switched on the settings page.

Session cleanup for the DSH sidebar: drag a conversation row onto the balance widget's whale and it eats the row — the session directory goes to a recycle bin, not to rm. Deletion asks one short question first (how many tokens it burned, and that prompt can be turned off in Settings). Undo from the persistent toast or the 12-entry log in Settings. Clicking the whale jumps straight to the plugin's Settings, where you can swap the avatar, drag the mouth into place and rewrite all 17 UI strings; blank, currently-open and running sessions are refused in place with a reason.

Compaction fallback for compaction-basic: when its LLM summary throws, comes back empty or cannot fit the window, the span is compiled deterministically with a seq pointer on every line (vendored dsh-compaction-instant compiler). Adds recall and search tools, /recall and /context commands, an idle trigger at 45% of the window and an on-disk span archive. The engine mounts as one row in the agent preset (docs/dsh-integration.md).

Files the conversation did not touch keep the shipped text viewer.

Keeps a pool of models and routes every agent step to one of them with its reasoning effort set — configured by clicking in the composer, no JSON needed. The router takes over the composer's model cell, so one control shows the session's model and reasoning effort alongside the router's own settings. Three authorization scopes (model / effort / full) where a manual pick only counts in the scope that owns it, and in effort scope the router is bound to the one model you choose. Task presets with per-model weights, vision routing for image steps, session signals (active todo, context pressure, token budget, subagent depth), and an optional semantic task classifier. Thinking stays on, because DeepSeek rejects a thinking-enabled request whose history contains a tool call made with thinking off.
