Severity maps to the fields Bark, ntfy, Telegram and webhooks actually support; failed deliveries retry with jittered backoff and survive a restart; per-channel circuit breakers stop hammering a dead endpoint; and a self-check reports a degraded relay instead of going silent.

Sidebar activity bell: a red badge counts sessions that finished, and clicking it swaps the sidebar list from workspace grouping to a day-grouped recent-activity list with a green dot on completions that have not been opened.

Adds a Check for Updates row in Settings and a right-sidebar card that update the DSH CLI and every profile plugin, with npm channel selection (auto/stable/next/alpha), minimum release age, backups, one-click rollback and a test reminder for the badge and browser notification.

Desktop notifications for DeepSeek Harness — a web notification while a browser page holds the plugin (turn completion and pending questions), and a native Windows toast from the host for finished turns once the browser is closed.

Start/stop switch in Settings > Plugins; the watcher is an independent process that survives DSH restarts.
