Vision understanding + image generation/editing for DeepSeek Harness (read images with Qwen/OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini, generate and edit with Qwen-Image). A rework of liustack/modlens (MIT). Remove @liustack/modlens first — both register the same vision providers and image interception hooks, so co-installation breaks image reading.

Adds three settings pages to DeepSeek Harness: add, edit, enable and remove MCP servers; write agent skills by hand or install them from a GitHub repository; and keep a library of global personas with one active.

Enumerate and control Windows top-level windows from WSL: activate, minimize, maximize, restore, move, resize, set always-on-top, close.

Every tool call is counted, and the ones that never fire are named so you can remove them.

Session-scoped diff view for the DSH Web right sidebar: opening a file the current conversation changed renders it in place with git-style added/removed line backgrounds, +/− gutter markers and dual old/new line numbers under syntax colouring, a header with +added −removed counts, a Changes only / Whole file toggle and a Re-read button, plus a companion tab that lists every file the session changed and opens each one in the same view. Files the conversation did not touch keep the shipped text viewer.

Delete sessions from the DSH Web sidebar: adds a Delete action to the session row menu with a risk-consent dialog, then removes the session log, workspace accounting and live session state.

Makes the AI default to Mermaid diagrams in development conversations — system prompt guidance, a mermaid_validate syntax-check tool with real-parser validation, and an output gate that auto-fixes or removes broken diagrams. Rendering via dsh-mermaid.

Beginner panel for DeepSeek Harness: routes a plain-language request into ready-to-use plans (prompt variants, matching skills, advanced moves) with a local keyword engine and fills the chosen plan into a new session in one click.

Publishes the running dsh Web server's PID, port and tokenized URL to a runtime file for the DeepSeek Harness Switch Dock app, and removes it on shutdown.

macOS menu bar app for the DSH web server, plus the host plugin it reads: the plugin writes the running server's port, PID and tokenized URL to ~/.config/dsh-launcher/runtime.json and removes it on shutdown, so start, open, restart and stop work from the status bar even for a server started from a terminal.

Scans the whole C drive and classifies every large folder into A/B/C/D/E/P (safe cache / relocatable / junction-movable / abandoned software / config-memory redline / personal files), then deletes, moves, or redirects on demand — with strong redline protection, dry-run preview and undo. Unknown software decided by LLM fallback + human confirmation. Works on DeepSeek Harness 0.1.7 through 0.2.x, tested on 0.2.0-rc.1.

Context trimmer: lists the current session's context entries with role, preview and ≈token estimate (cl100k), highlights over-threshold items, and removes selected entries exactly without LLM summarization.

Keeps long DSH sessions alive when a model channel starts failing: daruma takes over after the in-box retry gives up, trips a self-healing circuit breaker on repeated 429/5xx or a terminal error, and moves the next request to another channel in your chain. Works on DSH 0.1.x and 0.2.x hosts, including 0.2.1-rc.2 with verified failover and backup-management RPC. The backup can be picked in Settings or from a panel beside the composer — both stay in sync — with a durable JSONL audit log for every switch. Channel switches are recorded in that audit log instead of as in-conversation notice rows, because a plugin session event of a type the host does not know makes it refuse to load the whole session.

Exposes the DSH dynamic-Cordis toolset to Claude Code over MCP (streamable HTTP on the existing web port, no new listener): ten tools to list, inspect, define, run, stop and permanently remove dynamic plugins in a live DSH session, with the same approval flow the GUI uses for packages that ship a client half. Bearer auth is mandatory — the token is configured on a DSH settings page, the endpoint answers 503 rather than serve without one, accepts loopback only and never emits CORS headers.

Registers the remove-pdf-background-gray skill for DSH: whitens gray/off-white scan backgrounds in image-based PDFs while preserving resolution, page geometry, and anti-aliased text edges (lossless Flate write-back), via a single Python script (pypdf + Pillow + numpy).

Minimal-compatible first turn for Web root sessions: starts with persistent bash and str_replace_editor, removes automatic workspace and skill context, then restores the selected preset after the first tool call or reply; includes a persistent composer toggle.
