Cuts session input tokens three ways, each with its own switch in a panel under the composer: lossless structure-aware compression of tool results on `tools/post-execute`, then a per-tool head/tail elision that always names a recovery path through the shared spill store; tool-catalogue visibility per agent on `agent/created`; and a per-workspace memory document that recall matches against each new message and injects through `agent.inject`, so the transcript is not re-read. Measured 41.76% fewer prompt tokens over 149 recorded requests, with a bundled script that re-measures any profile.

Registers an apiCost session projection that estimates DeepSeek spend from reported token usage at published peak / off-peak rates, in CNY and USD, over self, delegation-tree or verified-team scopes: a composer-dock pill and its detail panel, the /cost command, a session_cost tool, and GET routes for the view and the current rate card. A panel switch parks model requests at the llm/stream waterfall while peak rates apply and dispatches them unchanged once the off-peak window opens, so the call is billed at the off-peak rate with no failure reported to the session.

One-tap connect ModelScope language and image-generation models into DSH (off by default), with image recognition and context window filled in automatically. You can also see the free Magicube balance, jump to a model's info page, and record local call counts, trends and rate-limit events, with a usage pill beside the input box showing the balance and today's local count. All of it needs only an API key, with no account sign-in.

Keeps the images you pasted or attached in the composer, per session: they are mirrored locally in the browser and handed back through the official draft channel when you return to the conversation or the composer remounts, and dropped as soon as the message is sent or you remove them.

Plays local video and audio inside the conversation. Media files the model writes during a turn - screen recordings, transcodes, voiceovers - get a player under its final reply automatically when their paths appear in its commands, the command output or the reply; the play_video tool plays any other file. Video shows as compact cards with a hover preview, audio as a slim seek bar, streamed over HTTP Range so long files seek instead of loading into memory. Also registers a sidebar media preview renderer, since the built-in previewer treats mp4 as unviewable. The look_video tool lets the model see a video itself: a hidden local Chrome or Edge grabs frames into a time-labelled contact sheet (or big frames at given times, or a short range frame by frame), checks the audio (silence, too quiet, clipping, one channel only) and the picture (black or frozen frames), and reads MP4 / MOV headers for phone compatibility (codec, HDR, faststart and more), with ffmpeg fixes.

Binds a Feishu/Lark bot to DeepSeek Harness over a WebSocket long connection: incoming messages run through an agent session and stream back to the chat, chat commands such as /attach manage the live session, and feishu_* tools let the model push messages.

Verifies letters signed by other agents: a canonical field order, digest and HMAC checks, and fail-closed handling of missing or unregistered fields. Off by default; when enabled, a letter that fails any check is refused rather than delivered.

Aborts a DSH reasoning stream that starts repeating itself instead of letting the turn stall: five rules over the streamed reasoning text (periodic unit, repeated block, repeated line above a share floor, 64-gram density, and a long trailing run of punctuation or whitespace), plus a JSONL fire journal, a Web GUI log panel, and opt-in recovery that retries with a corrective message.

An announcement file shared by several agent sessions on one machine. It is a plain text file the agents only append to; before each step a session receives the entries it has not seen yet, a new session catches up on the ones still in effect, and a session whose context was compacted gets them re-sent.

Sounds and notifications when a task completes or waits for your approval or answer; notification sounds are configurable in the settings page (synth styles or your own audio file), with built-in cat hachimi sounds, just for fun. An optional Windows patch adds a taskbar digit, flashing and native toasts.

Zero-API: it reads each tool's own on-disk state and gives a session inventory, per-IDE usage with cache-hit rates, one-line resume commands, and a single .hub/ rule body wired into all eight via marker-delimited pointer files. The domestic-IDE adapters (Trae/Qoder/CatPaw) were verified against the installed binaries — a gap no overseas tool covers.

Run one deterministic skill-routing pass on every user instruction, so the skill catalog is consulted before the model answers instead of after it remembers. On the host it scores the live catalog from the instruction's keywords and the catalog metadata, with no LLM or embedding call, and appends a single producer-tagged message to the step: a ranked shortlist by default, the winning SKILL.md body once the score clears a threshold, or an instruction to call a named router skill exactly once. Unrelated instructions stay silent.

Desk-to-desk tickets between sessions on one machine. A session says which desk it belongs to by putting a number prefix in its title; a ticket names one desk and is taken by the first session of that desk to start working, so the desk is the address and a ticket is not delivered to a session that is just passing by.

File-backed post office between DeepSeek Harness sessions: every letter is sealed with an HMAC and a body digest, recipients are resolved through a roster interface, and delivery is offline-first, so an undeliverable letter waits in the mailbox instead of being lost.

A Herta theme for DeepSeek Harness: an ASCII boot opening ported from the upstream Herta project, a violet palette of design tokens, swappable wallpapers (four bundled, plus image URL, local import, solid colour or off) and a "Herta Appearance" page in DSH settings. Daily sending quotas and quiet hours for agent mailboxes: letters are counted in named buckets that each carry a per-day limit, the day boundary is configurable, and a quiet window tells the core to hold online letters rather than deliver them.
