Adds three settings pages to DeepSeek Harness: add, edit, enable and remove MCP servers; write agent skills by hand or install them from a GitHub repository; and keep a library of global personas with one active.

Per-project MCP servers: a project declares servers in its own documents (`.dsh/mcp.json` by default; the local and global file lists are settings), and they are mounted only for the sessions working in that project — on the first turn of a session, released when it goes idle. A right-sidebar tab and a Settings page list each project with a live session, the status of every server and the session holding each mount, with `Sync` / `Retry` / `Release`, an `enabled` switch and an editor over one existing entry; a per-project tool policy (`disclosure` / `direct` / `off`) with pins and `mcp_search_tools` decides what the model sees; `${VAR}` references resolve through the project `.env` files and the credentials file; per-server call counters outlive the sessions that produced them.

Global token totals across every local DSH conversation, de-duplicated by message id, with custom date ranges and per-provider monthly quota tracking.

File-defined subagent roles for DeepSeek Harness: roles live in project and global .dsh/roles files, a delegating agent sees one catalog line per role, and each role's tool policy decides which tools its child can see.

Global cross-session todo inbox for DSH web: any session's agent records human-action todos (merge MRs, approve work orders, reviews) via inbox_add/inbox_done/inbox_list; a sidebar entry shows a count badge and an expandable list to open and complete them, persisted to ~/.dsh/todo-inbox.json.

Open folders on remote hosts over SSH as Harness workspaces: file tools (read/write/edit/grep/glob) and shell commands run directly on the remote host over SFTP, ripgrep, and ssh2 exec, with no local mirroring, an encrypted multi-host registry, and the local sandbox policy still enforced.

Scoped persistent memory for DSH: memory_save/search/replace/remove/list across global, user, project and failure scopes, DSH storage-domain persistence with secret and prompt-injection scanning, session-scope search, retention cleanup, and optional session-start injection; standing context via memory_pin/memory_pins/memory_unpin.

Local token usage and cost dashboard for DeepSeek Harness: four-segment token breakdown (miss/cache-hit/cache-write/output), cache savings estimate against the miss/hit price gap, per-session drill-down with context-growth curves and anomaly flags, global filters with shareable URLs, monthly budget progress with month-end projection, and day/month aggregate fast-path queries (O(days)) with incremental rescan.

Three independent language channels for model output — tool-call descriptions (every tool-call card title, including run_code in PTC-style presets), thinking, and replies — each set to follow the web GUI language, force a specific language, or turn off (default: only descriptions, following the GUI). One global runtime-context prompt directive on the host; the client half reports the GUI language; a Settings plugin card switches the modes.

A floating stock ticker for DeepSeek Harness: real-time quotes for Nikkei 225 and TOPIX ETF out of the box, plus worldwide markets via Yahoo Finance — Japan (.T), US, Hong Kong (.HK), China (.SS/.SZ) and any other symbol — with a customizable watchlist, display aliases and 16 UI languages.

Shows a 0-100 conversation coherence badge and commentary by running parallel contradiction analysis on the live DSH session, with a manual trigger and interval-based auto-analysis (on by default, editable per session or globally).

Lab/project progress management for DeepSeek Harness: 16 progress_* agent tools (item CRUD, day-board pages, daily records, global search, overview, gantt, comments, import/export) plus a 「进度」sidebar tab in better-sidebar hosting the original web UI; data lives in the session project's .progress/progress.json.

Per-profile settings overlay for DeepSeek Harness: global settings.yaml stays the baseline while each profile overrides any namespace through its own profiles/<name>/settings.patch.yml — object sections merge recursively, scalars and arrays replace wholesale, and !unset masks an inherited value. The overlay is transparent to existing plugins (they keep reading ctx.settings unchanged), writes land in the profile overlay only, and official schema validation, revision semantics, expectedRevision conflicts, watchers and events are untouched. Ships a settings command family (get/set/unset/mask/unmask/promote/demote/migrate/diff/layers) plus a Profile Settings section in the web Settings panel over a loopback RPC channel.

Planner/executor delegation with named roles: a strong planner steers, disposable executor sub-agents (per-role routes and prompts) implement. Default role plus per-delegation override, a global reasoning-effort knob in the composer chip, and a settings page for role management.
