A memory plugin that forgets on purpose: short-term memories expire after 48h, long-term ones are rescheduled by Ebbinghaus/SM-2 curves and rarely-used ones fall asleep instead of bloating your context. Long-term writes stop in an approval center, so the agent cannot rewrite your persona on its own.

Self-narrative memory in five budgeted segments (800 chars, not a full context): a first-person note the model writes to itself, a profile of you aggregated from approved facts, environment facts kept separate from who you are, heat-ranked conclusions, and habits. Every injected fact is traceable to a fact id and can be retired; the profile can be edited by hand, and self-notes stay plain lines you can clear. Facts fade by use and time without ever changing their credibility. Preference-like lines you say are auto-detected as candidates (never auto-approved), with conflicts kept side by side. Recall over past conversations with citations, an incremental index that only decodes newly appended frames, a pointer-required warm layer, a doctor that says which part is broken, a heartbeat proving injection is alive, and export/import so the whole thing moves to another machine.

A small company of employee agents for DeepSeek Harness: seven built-in roles (project director, product manager, tech lead, engineer, data analyst, QA engineer, reviewer), each with its own persona, model and tool whitelist. A mission is broadcast and the employees bid for it themselves — the first line of their answer must be 【accept】 or 【decline】 — so accepted work runs in parallel instead of down a pipeline. Also ships an n8n-style workflow canvas: drag employee nodes onto a board, wire them with the start node, reference each upstream result with {{input}}, and the graph runs in topological layers (parallel across employees, serial per employee, downstream skipped when upstream fails). Comes with a web panel for the employee management tab, the mission board and each employee's own transcript, the /dsh-company slash command, a live mirror into the built-in agent-team panel, deletable missions, and a private memory directory per employee.

Deep PTC mode is an open-source agent preset for DeepSeek Harness that keeps the built-in PTC tool surface and replaces the persona with a working contract: a DeepSeek identity and unlimited-token-budget instruction so the model does not skip reads, commands or checks to save tokens; planning by estimated size (internal up to 5 minutes, shown without approval up to 20, approval required beyond); and asking about unclear intent instead of guessing. Waiting is limited in code by wrapping the official shell, job and question tools: foreground commands move to background jobs after 30 s (configurable), a steered user message ends the current wait so the model reads it, foreground pauses over 5 s and long timers in run_code are refused, and questions run in timed mode. The mode derives its preset from the official PTC declaration shipped by the installed Harness and inherits upstream composition changes, so an official PTC update — including removed or renamed modules — does not break existing sessions. A settings card selects the preset executor — Automatic, WSL Bash, Windows PowerShell, native Zsh or native Bash.

Persona and memory from a single AGENT.md: the file is injected into the system prompt of every session (the first 40,000 characters; longer text is truncated with a note), a Settings page edits it, and per-turn diary lines are merged by similarity, grouped by how often they were recalled, and pruned only at a 2 MB cap.

Adds a mood system to DeepSeek Harness — 33 named moods judged every 3-6 hours with small per-message adjustments, plus cross-session memory, an aesthetic taste library and an encrypted diary. The mood, memory, taste and diary tools are all callable by the model, and each of the five modules has its own switch. The diary is written only by the model; no summary template is generated. A trimmed fork of JMX-4869/dsh-mood; install either this or upstream dsh-mood, not both, because both register the same mood/diary/taste/memory tool names.

Requires Python 3.10+.

Qoder supplier plugin for dsh-router, covering both the CN and international regions. Uses a personal access token for authentication, signs requests to the Qoder cosy gateway and converts upstream SSE to OpenAI SSE; the model list reports the upstream display name alongside the key, while account selection and cooldown stay in dsh-router core.

A memory panel for DeepSeek Harness with one store per workspace: persona traits, notes about you, dated events, and a first-person diary the model writes and cannot edit. Every entry keeps the quote it came from and can be retracted; workspaces can share one memory and be split apart again; optional per-person profiles for group chats; a capped event list with ★ marks.
