Persistent long-term memory for DeepSeek Harness: a JSON store of typed entries (fact, preference, entity, rule, episodic) exposed as the memory_remember and memory_recall agent tools, with recall ranked by keyword overlap, importance and access frequency.

Tiered compaction hub: replaces the single 80% compaction cliff with a configurable ladder (default 30/50/70/90) whose tiers escalate from gentle to maximum consolidation laws, folds a deterministic keyword index into every checkpoint so facts accumulate across cycles, and summarizes through a model chain — primary plus up to 3 fallbacks, each with its own reasoning effort. Adds a Compaction module sub-tab and a Settings card; toggling off always restores stock compaction.

Workspace checkpoints per tool call: records every file mutation inside the workspace (excluding .git and node_modules by default), including changes made by shell commands rather than by write/edit, and stores the previous content of each changed path in a content-addressed store kept outside the workspace. A local-first personal state record and decision engine for dsh: keeps every input byte-for-byte with line-level provenance, argues against its own conclusions by generating defeaters first, ages each stored fact with its own TTL, and reports where a decision rests on nothing at all.

Zen Mode view tab and foreground time tracker for DeepSeek Harness: while the agent works, a calm conversation view shows running/done status, your latest user message, live activity hints and the final AI reply in markdown with one-line turn stats, plus screen-watching (focus) time tracking with daily/weekly Zen scores, a chat-hide toggle that hides tool calls and reasoning rows, auto enter/exit Zen on task start/complete, an Alt+Z shortcut and a Zen settings panel — pure client-side, stored in localStorage, no network.

Services are declared through ctx.inject, so a deployment that omits one mounts without the console rather than crashing.

Sound alerts for the DSH web UI: a chime when an answer completes and a three-tone prompt when your approval or question is pending, with optional custom WAV stored only in the local browser (pure client-side, zero assets).

Computer Use for macOS desktop applications: reads any app's accessibility tree as text with element indices, then clicks, types, pastes, scrolls, drags, selects text and sets values through it, plus screenshots read back as images. Driven by a persistent JavaScript REPL — the agent gets two tools (`js`, `js_reset`) and calls an `sky` API inside them, so state survives between calls and the tool schema stays fixed as capabilities grow. Accessibility trees come back as diffs after the first read; actions address elements by index and indices from a stale read are refused rather than misapplied; typing waits for keyboard focus and reads the field back; paste restores the clipboard. Requires macOS 14.4+, Accessibility permission (Screen Recording only for screenshots) and Node 20+; ships a prebuilt native module, so nothing compiles at install time.

Per-project memory for DeepSeek Harness. Three Markdown files per workspace — PROJECT.md, DECISIONS.md and SESSIONS.md — are auto-created on the first step of any session in that workspace, re-read from disk and re-injected only when they change (and re-injected if compaction dropped them), and written back by classification through a memory_checkpoint tool, with a bounded end-of-turn nudge when a turn did work but recorded nothing. memory_read and memory_search read the live log and the archive, the latter over a zero-dependency BM25 index. The session log is capped at 200 entries with the overflow moved to SESSIONS-archive.md — never injected, but visible, readable and searchable, and restorable one entry at a time. Settings page: a workspace list with a path filter, read-only tabs for the three memory files plus the archive, reload, export/import of one workspace's memory as a JSON bundle, a two-step clear, a panel that rewrites or removes the AGENTS.md instruction block, and a PROJECT.md staleness reminder. A composer status chip shows that workspace's sync state and creates the files on click. Zero dependencies — no vector store, no embeddings, and no model calls.

Layered cross-session memory for DSH that pushes only what changed. The first round injects every active entry, later rounds push only added / updated / removed ones, and nothing at all is injected when nothing changed. Facts and decisions carry semantic keys (one active truth per key), the model may only write to an inbox that a human promotes, an entry can carry a review date that raises a one-time reminder when it comes due, search is relevance-ranked with Chinese matched by bigram, and a sidebar tab tells the lifecycle story instead of just listing files — entries are grouped into awaiting confirmation / in use / archived, viewable by type, tag or date, and the tab can promote a candidate, withdraw or archive a standing entry, restore an archived one and delete a candidate, alongside the global and workspace instruction files and the current injection size. A zero-dependency CLI ships with it, so the store is usable without DSH.

Fork of harness-session-delete that adds Delete to the native session action menu and a recycle-bin page with search, sort, workspace grouping, message preview, batch restore, and per-workspace permanent purge; active sessions are protected.

Session management: auto-archives stale sessions on a configurable threshold, with an archive panel, unarchive, and recycle-bin deletion with restore.

Session-affinity routing for LLM gateways: injects the session ID into every request sent to NewApi-style gateways so the gateway can pin requests per session and raise prompt-cache hits; takes over the official pi-ai routing on install and restores it on uninstall.

Hide chosen workspaces from the DSH sidebar and archive their sessions along with them, so those sessions never spill into the ungrouped list. Fully local and reversible; with dsh-archive-manager installed the archiving is real and undoable, otherwise it stays a display-only layer. Restore any hidden workspace from Settings.
