Injects a very short conventions reminder (absolute INDEX path + version) once per session per version; when the conventions version changes, the next turn re-injects it (chat turns included). Optional hard guard: on operation-like turns, write/edit tools are rejected until the session has read the index (chat turns and shell are not blocked by default). Ships example checklists or points at your own directory; zero dependencies, configurable paths. Solves: conventions are written down but never pulled up when the work starts.

Bundles the kb-curator skill, which keeps a local three-layer knowledge base and refuses to index anything the user has not approved. The L2 retrieval layer needs @kenz1117/dsh-engram installed separately, and the engine runs on Windows only.

Session deletion for DeepSeek Harness: a sidebar menu item, a workspace-grouped batch cleanup panel and a session_delete tool (dry-run by default). Deletes session logs, projection cache, workspace-registry references and derived search indexes, and cascades to all subagent sessions.

Indexes session transcripts into the Akasha session layer as turns end, records successful compactions, and adds a per-turn rhythm line to the runtime context. Companions: Hindsight (repo memory), OpenViking (user memory), and the built-in session search (see repo README). Setup: clone the repo, copy core/ aside, then replace <AKASHA_DIR> in cordis.patch.yml with its absolute path (or set the AKASHA_DIR env var); plugins fail loudly while the placeholder remains.

Code retrieval engine exposed as an MCP server: four tools (code_search, code_outline, code_index, index_status) over a SQLite FTS5 index with BM25 ranking, CJK bigram indexing, declaration-aware tree-sitter chunking, incremental reindexing, and a three-layer secret filter. The bigram index matches Chinese-language queries against English code, and the default path needs no vector store or embedding model. Requires a local Python 3.10-3.12 engine installed by scripts/install.sh, and CODERAG_ROOT set in the profile patch.

AList v3 file management: browse, search, upload (streamed and multipart), offline downloads, archive listing, task polling and control, plus admin tools for storages, users, roles, meta rules, settings, search index, shares and labels - 75 tools in total; every write goes through the approval flow and passwords are never read back.

Replaces rolling narrative summaries with an append-only session index, so early facts survive compaction verbatim and shadowed text stays retrievable by anchor.

Cross-session and cross-project long-term memory: a non-blocking silent sedimentation dispatch on turn/end writes into a local SQLite store (FTS5 trigram full-text index with insert/update/delete sync triggers) that later turns recall from; entries are scoped per project alongside a global tree, and the plugin ships its own embedded web dashboard (it starts the HTTP server itself, no separate process) for browsing, graphing and controlled deletion.

Notes workspace in the right sidebar: a notes tree beside a live-preview Markdown editor with tabs, split panes, outline and trash, over plain .md files and a thin per-workspace index. Agents organize it through one `knowledge` tool; `embed` fences render an interactive HTML page in a sandboxed iframe (scripts run, no network).

Pack a directory into a deterministic tar, read an archive's contents without extracting it, unpack while refusing every member that could reach outside the destination, and verify what came out against what went in by SHA-256. No external dependency — the tar format is written and read in this plugin. Extraction is deliberately more permissive on reading than on writing, because a reader's job is to report what an archive says, while a writer must never emit what it cannot read back. A tar has no central index, so the walk tracks whether it reached the end-of-archive marker: without that, a half-file checksums fine and reads as complete.

Per-turn development progress memory: completed turns are classified into date-indexed Markdown files under doc/progress/ with a maintained INDEX.md, system-level bugs are kept in a cross-project SYSTEM_MEMORY.md and re-injected on error keywords, and a progress_read tool loads full documents on demand.

Archived-sessions page for DeepSeek Harness: per-row and batch deletion that clears the session log, the projection cache and the archive index together, with a 30-day recycle bin, subagent-aware refusals and a per-row disk footprint.
