Scans MCP configurations from local AI clients and project workspaces, imports selected servers into the active DSH profile, and provides JSON import and visual add, edit and removal controls.

One settings page for every MCP server on your machine. It reads the real config file of 17 other AI tools (Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, OpenCode, Trae, Trae CN, Qoder, Gemini CLI, Qwen, Zed, Roo Code, Copilot CLI, Kiro, CodeBuddy, Continue) plus DeepSeek Harness itself, groups servers by the file that declares them, probes each one over JSON-RPC to see whether it starts and which tools it exposes, and gives every server a switch that mounts or unmounts it in DeepSeek Harness without editing the other tools' own files.

Keeps bulk output out of the conversation: ctk_execute, ctk_execute_file and ctk_batch_execute run code in a child process and return only the conclusion, ctk_index and ctk_search file long material into a local FTS5 knowledge base built on node:sqlite, and a routing gate refuses curl and wget before they execute. Tide Memory: a long-term memory that forgets on purpose. It keeps what matters and lets the rest fade. Whether an entry enters the context is decided by an evidence score C = s/(s+2): below the threshold (0.35 by default) it never enters. Events decay by half-life (30 days, or 7 days when they carry emotion); facts never decay; superseded entries are kept and marked stale instead of deleted. Recalled lines do enter the context and therefore do consume tokens — small, but real. No embeddings, no network calls, no cloud.

Local knowledge base for DeepSeek Harness: five tools to ingest Markdown, plain text and PDF files, search them with BM25 or hybrid BM25 plus optional local embeddings, and answer with cited source passages. Runs offline with no database server. Requires Node.js 18+ and Python 3.9+; PDF ingest needs pymupdf.

Permanently deletes a session from the sidebar, waiting for a running turn to stop and cascading to its subagent sessions.

Switch the current session's agent preset (mode) at any time, including after the conversation has already started, from a session-header dropdown backed by a fenced POST /preset-switch/api route. The route also repairs sessions whose recorded preset was deleted. Fork of jeffcwj/dsh-preset-switcher updated for DSH 0.2.1.

Export a session as a ZIP archive with its attachments, and import such an archive as a new standalone session in the current workspace.

Reads a local Hermes Agent session store read-only and imports sessions into the current conversation as bounded, untrusted background context: a composer button opens a searchable list across every profile, plus the hermes_sessions_list and hermes_session_import tools.

Adds job-role prompts to the DSH composer: type - at the start of the input to pick a role, which becomes a reference chip in the draft and is then injected as a system prompt section on every turn of that conversation, so the instruction keeps applying without showing up in the transcript. Roles are added and edited on a Settings page and stored in ~/.dsh/dsh-role-prompts.md.

A lightweight plugin that decompresses and reads past sessions, so a new session can read what an earlier conversation contained, in milliseconds per read. `/recall` lists the sessions of the current project with title, last activity, turn count and first prompt; `/recall <number>` reads back the turns of that session; `/recall all` covers every project; the model can also be asked in natural language to query with the `recall_sessions` tool.

Injects the contents of a .keep-reminder file from the session working directory as a system-reminder, with three modes: once per session, first step of every turn, or every request.

Rewind conversation turns and checkpointed file changes while restoring tasks and evidence at the same history boundary.

Ask side questions using the current conversation context, with independent streaming and cancellation.
