Requires the Loomy desktop app installed and signed in; it cannot be installed alongside gdrpzym/dsh-loomy-connect because both register the same `loomy` provider.

Adds an ETA widget to the DSH web and desktop UI that estimates when the current turn will finish from the todo list and step pace, and shows the remaining time, a progress bar and a confidence badge.
